    I thank you muchly, I'm early 60's, on disability for disk problems and injured my knee somehow(I do light carpentry when I can) so am hoping these exercises will help strengthen my knees...

    My Doctor knees have become weak, iam 60+.

    Thanks. Very nice, doable workout. After I got familiar with the exercises, I used youtube's ability to run the video at slower speed to lengthen the workout. Put the video on silent, being merciful to both you and me so there was no s.l.o.w. s.p.e.e.c.h. ;)
