Thank you for this video! I tore the meniscus in my knee and had surgery in late March of this year. Most of these exercises are what the physical therapist had me doing after the surgery. This is a good video for me as I do need to strengthen my knee. I'm doing fairly well just mot back to normal yet. Please everyone, take care of your knees! I injured my knee by just walking. My knee popped and I couldn't walk. I'm 55 years old. My doctor said this is common for people our age. So please take care of yourselves, you don't want to tear the meniscus, trust me! I wish you all good health and happy exercising!

I have been looking online for some knee strengthening exercises and I saw your short which I was impressed with. I have followed you for years as I have Fibromyalgia and other health issues which you have kindly sent me exercising solutions for in the past. You are such a great trainer and I try to swap out your exercises, as I can’t jump or get on the floor which a lot of plans involve. I am having knee replacement surgery in a few months and these exercises are great to do to build up the strength in my knee before that. The Doctor gave me some exercises to do, and yours are basically the same but in a standing format and much more fun! Thank you!!

Hello Lucy. I have been doing your knee exercises for the last 6 months now and I can see good improvement in my knee strength and leg stamina. A lot of times we are just focused on abs or arms but our knees are actual weight bearers and without good knees, we are bound to have issues like osteoarthritis, muscle and cartilage injuries. Thanks. Am 66 and when 12 dislocated my knee cap so badly that it ripped a bit of bone off the tibia. Since then it's been weak and liable to dislocate. I wear a support device if I'm going out dancing! I live in a mountain village so my legs are strong from just getting about. Great exercises. 😊
I am having real knee problems at the moment. These exercises are giving me a focus. I am struggling with the back of my knee so that is a bit tricky with a couple of these but hopefully the more I do the easier it will become.

The arrows on the stretches are really helpful. They make sure I focus on the arrows and if the supporting knee resists, I can relax it and focus on stretching where the arrow is. Thank you!
Hi Lucy. I have been doing your different exercises for a while. Love that no weights or laying on the floor is needed. My knee was badly damaged a year ago due to incorrect innersoles made by a podriast. They made 5 attempts to correct the soles but I am still suffering. My other knee is now complaining too. I just discovered these exercises today and have just finished the session. Thank you 💜
Yey - another great knee workout! I need these due to having tight hips and bad knees. I've also been doing your 10 minute leg workout to strengthen and tone my legs all over in the hope that this will take some of the pressure off my joints 🦵... feeling great!
I have a slight damage left knee, fall on concrete stairs in snow years ago playing with my Children.never had it looked at over the years has passed, I'm older now feeling the knee didn't let it stopped me from workouting. Been doing this for 3 weeks, and I can kneel on my injured left leg (workplace injury). Still have some "slight" pain, but definitely there is improvement.. Getting there!
All exercise now hurts my knees 😩 I love all your routines - I’m hoping this will help. I’ve been wearing knee supports recently when I do any workouts. Should I do this knee routine before your other workouts? x

Really enjoyed this video but it made me wonder if you have any videos for hips. My mother-in-law has a lot of issues in her hip area that she sometimes walks funny and I didn’t know if you had any exercises that could help with that to help her get in better walking shape. She’s a heavier set person so I don’t know which exercises would work for her and if there’s any that target strengthening that area.
