No matter how many fitness trainer come i always prefer your videos, because it is not about moves but also sequence of moves, and time distribution. Your workouts are designed for non injury, and no over use of a part yet get fit

Best 15 min. Cardio! 2nd time around very comfortable, better balance. Feels good and my legs are energized - No strain - no pain. Good heart rate. Going to make this part of my base workout.
I appreciate your 5 minute sessions because I have limited time and find just 5 minutes is so beneficial. Would you be able to offer hints of how to do stretches and exercises throughout a busy day, without it being too obvious, while standing, sitting, moving around?

Wow. Wow 🤗 Lucy another fantastic workout for knee friendly moves.. I have Osteoarthritis aged related and also have damaged lymphatic system so always wear compression but again all these moves especially as all the moves targeted the arms, Whole Body and it was just the tonic I needed for reducing the swelling and exercise around the knee joints.. I love the drawings you show us, we know exactly what muscles are targeting, well done 👏 🙌. You simply the best.. Good morning Lucy this was another great engaging work out ❤. I really enjoyed seeing the visuals of which muscles are being used in that move. Just one suggestion, is it possible to keep that visual for the duration of that move?. I think it's helpful for everyone to see which areas that move is targeting etc. I love all your work outs and 15mins is great for me personally during the school holidays and then ill probably return to your 5mins cardio etc

Funny. Each time I struggle with the first three exercises, thinking: "I'm never going to make it". And then I suddenly find myself at 7 or 8 minutes and everything goes smooth... Why is that?
Possibly you’re warming up towards the middle and it makes it easier. Do you warm up before? It’s that way with running too. The beginning is the hardest, then you get into a rhythm. Good job for sticking it through to the end!

I’m 40 but started to show signs or arthritis at 37 as it runs in the family. Got it diagnosed at 40 😢 since then I’ve put weight on. I hope this will help me lose weight as well as burn fat! Lucy please direct me what I should do? ❤

I have to say, having tried this workout, if you have painful knees, I'm finding his workout is far too fast and gives no time to complete the maneuver correctly, without either cropping it or incorrectly moving ie; not straight backs, smaller side steps, etc. in order to try to keep up. It needs to be much slower for a lower impact on the knees. Speaking as someone with knee issues and pain.
Is there no food where you're at?
