I love your short workouts! The music is great and the videos are short enough that I can do them everyday. When I’m feeling lazy, I simply push myself to move it, assuring myself that it’ll take a mere 15 minutes and I get to listen to good music as a bonus. I started with your arm videos and have now tried several of the 15 minutes ones. Even if I go a tad slower than you, I still feel the burn. Your exercises work great but consistency, good form, and sensible eating are part of the whole thing. I’m over 60 and I am motivated to maintain an exercise regimen if I hope to remain mobile for many more years. Keep up the good work!
lo he hecho por 2 semanas y he visto muchos cambios, antes tenia mucha más grasa en mis axilas. hice este ejercicio casi tdos los dias, hice pilates 4 veces x semana, también incorporé la caminata todos los días. no hice ninguna dieta, solo eliminé el azúcar. seguiré con este ejercicio, quiero usar un vestido para septiembre 😭 actualización: usé el vestido ayer, en las fotos no se me ve nada de grasa en las axilas y me dijeron que tengo buen cuerpo ‼️
