This was a great workout for me. Not very mobile because of lower leg which is getting a lot better. Best in a chair cardio workout I have done. WOW. Basically performing one of your in a chair workouts everyday. Enjoy the variety but for me will focus on cardio. I like the fact there is a lot going on at same time. Nice.

UK, 81: ❤ Good coordination challenge ❤ I would like to see resistance bands instead of weights. Also I use exercise ring instead o f fists betwee knees so need extra time. Fists are too painful. Thanks again ❤

❤enjoyed this stretching. I have a few problems with torn rotor cuffs and torn ligaments but managed all stretches with no “ouch ing”!

all your videos are the same..not helpful for trying to find a variety of exercises for my clients.
