Thanks for the strengthening exercises. I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and have quit pilates and started walking daily. I am happy to add these stretches to my routine. I live in Prescott Valley AZ
Hi, these are wonderful. My issues are in the ligaments of my left knee due to a nasty twist. I am watching from Curaçao. I just turned 70. I am normally very active, but this injury has slowed me down a lot. But we'll come back. So happy to have found your channel.
I have been doing your 10 minute stretch exercises for some months and they have really helped. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis( 24 years) and osteoarthritis. I’ve had a reconstruction on my right foot. Throughout all these years I have always exercised but in the last two years my shoulders “gave way” and some problem with a jammed sciatic nerve on left. I just could not exercise and found everything difficult. Thank goodness I found a BOWEN therapist and noticed first signs of improvement. I started doing your stretches . I tried your balance exercises and realised how poor my balance was. I did these exercises first time today. I feel these are what I need to do . I am tuning in from SYDNEY AUSTRALIA. I am confident I am going to improve.

I'm 72 years old from Canada. I was diagnose with breast cancer a year ago and after having to deal with chemo and radiation I need to have hormone therapy to prevent cancer recurrence. Before beginning hormonal therapy, I had to do a bone mineral density test and results showed osteoporosis in hip. I've decided to try the exercises hoping it could help me. Thank you for your video.

#1: Carol here, Richmond, VA, To begin, thank you. For two weeks, I’ve been working on “Morning Stretches;” then “Knees and Hips”and last “Balance.” Owing to two surgeries on left ankle (plantar fasciitis + Achilles tendon release, 2004; compound fracture, 2010), my right side has been compromised. Right side severed rotator surgery 2011; now stiff right hip, right knee. I particularly feel a bursitis-like pain along the right neck, trapezius, down around shoulder, and tricep😮. I can walk 1200-1800 without pain in the ankle and foot repaired with a steel plate and screws. So, I am proceeding with gentle steps, adding recumbent bike (20 minutes) and exercises for bursitis pain. Your osteoarthritis program has already begun to make a noticeable difference. Thank you so much for producing such a valuable series. As I gain strength, at age 76, little-by-little, I will add on more strength training in your program.

Hi I’m joining you regularly from Idaho. I have osteoporosis and want to be free from Alendronate (fosamax). My doctor took me off it as I needed to have 6 teeth extractions, which is when I found out how harmful it is to the jawbone. I’ve decided to work on building bone the natural way and intend to follow your videos in the process. I’m a young almost 77 year old and walk my dog twice a day for the majority of the year - not at the moment as it’s too hot so once a day early mornings. I enjoy your videos as they aren’t too long and want to thank you so much!

Oxnard California. 73 and trying improve bone health so I don’t need to take meds for it. I just started arimidex to keep breast cancer from occurring. I don’t do well on biophosphates so I am trying to concentrate on more specific exercises for bone health.

Thank you for the exercises , I do appreciate it . I have osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Hip and Knee issues . I been working on several health issues everyday . I'm doing resistance training, and several other different training . I pretty much keep busy throughout the entire day , everyday. I have heard, I don't know how true it is , it takes a long time to gain bone, maybe a year.

I started doing your stretches . I tried your balance exercises and realised how poor my balance was. I did these exercises first time today.
I feel these are what I need to do .

I'm 72 years old from Canada. I was diagnose with breast cancer a year ago and after having to deal with chemo and radiation I need to have hormone therapy to prevent cancer recurrence. Before beginning hormonal therapy, I had to do a bone mineral density test and results showed osteoporosis in hip. I've decided to try the exercises hoping it could help me. Thank you for your video.

I am 78 yrs.old & live by myself,also really enjoy my 60 minute walks daily.
#1: Carol here, Richmond, VA, To begin, thank you. For two weeks, I’ve been working on “Morning Stretches;” then “Knees and Hips”and last “Balance.” Owing to two surgeries on left ankle (plantar fasciitis + Achilles tendon release, 2004; compound fracture, 2010), my right side has been compromised. Right side severed rotator surgery 2011; now stiff right hip, right knee. I particularly feel a bursitis-like pain along the right neck, trapezius, down around shoulder, and tricep😮.
I can walk 1200-1800 without pain in the ankle and foot repaired with a steel plate and screws. So, I am proceeding with gentle steps, adding recumbent bike (20 minutes) and exercises for bursitis pain.
Your osteoarthritis program has already begun to make a noticeable difference. Thank you so much for producing such a valuable series. As I gain strength, at age 76, little-by-little, I will add on more strength training in your program.

Hi I’m joining you regularly from Idaho. I have osteoporosis and want to be free from Alendronate (fosamax). My doctor took me off it as I needed to have 6 teeth extractions, which is when I found out how harmful it is to the jawbone. I’ve decided to work on building bone the natural way and intend to follow your videos in the process. I’m a young almost 77 year old and walk my dog twice a day for the majority of the year - not at the moment as it’s too hot so once a day early mornings. I enjoy your videos as they aren’t too long and want to thank you so much!

Oxnard California. 73 and trying improve bone health so I don’t need to take meds for it. I just started arimidex to keep breast cancer from occurring. I don’t do well on biophosphates so I am trying to concentrate on more specific exercises for bone health.

I have osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Hip and Knee issues . I been working on several health issues everyday .
I'm doing resistance training, and several other different training . I pretty much keep busy throughout the entire day , everyday.
I have heard, I don't know how true it is , it takes a long time to gain bone, maybe a year.
