Had mastectomy surgery in February 2022 and have been on an estrogen cancer treatment since April, along with prednisone! I was diagnosed with osteopenia after a bone density test and exercises were recommended. I had fallen by the wayside with exercising but now, it is very important to me once again due to this condition. I don't want to be weak and I don't want to break anything so. . . let's go!!! My calcium levels are good yet I have this so I suspect it's a lack of something for my calcium to utilize in order to work which would be vitamin D so I'm taking that.

Thank you Meg. I just turned 70 (Portland, Oregon) and was diagnosed with 3.1-3.5 osteo. in femur & spine. I’ve learned more about OP from Sara Meeks on youtube. Women, be sure to learn about Hormone Replacement Therapy as prevention of OP. I’ve eaten kale, collards, etc. for about 10 years+. I need clear direction on which exercises not to do. I like gentle yoga, pilates & qigong but some of the moves might be harmful. HRT is supposed to prevent Osteoporosis, Alzimers and heart disease but most doctors aren’t educated on it. We need to be proactive when it comes to our health and avoiding medication.

Hallo, I am from Germany and have been diagnosed since 3 years ago with Osteoperose, after a broken back. I like your exercises very much, and have a question: can I use the exercises in your 3 videos alternatively each day?

I'm 74 and found out a few weeks ago I have osteopenia. Most likely caused by cancer treatment several years ago as I have always been quite active. I wish the Cancer Agency would have mentioned this as a possibility as I would have taken precautions. It doesn't seem to be something they talk about. Thank you. I'm in BC, Canada.
