    when i go to Y they dont seem very informative about people with osteoporisis so i try to adapt my moves. your videos are very helpful.

      Hi Catherine, good for you. There are certain movements you'll want to be careful with. See if you can find an instructor who is Bone Fit Trained.     When I did squats I had chest pains.
