I’ve been getting acquainted for the past month, doing sets in the morning and stretching at night. I have osteopenia and fibromyalgia (28 years). You have the most sensible and safe program; thank you! I’m from NW Illinois.
I’ll add these to my back exercises. When walking my lower back starts to hurt, and that cuts my walking short. I’ll try these for a few weeks and look for progress. Many thanks for sharing these!
Meg you were very informative and I enjoyed your video. I'm a 68 year old female from East Point, Georgia. I'm obese ( 5'4ft 196lbs) and I've never did any exercise. I had Osterpenia and Aug 23 the result of my of my bone density was Osteoperosis. I will continue to do this video i'm out of shape and some exercises I have problems doing.

Hello Meg, I found it difficult yo do the exercise where we had to lean forward holding the back of the chair, as my right shoulder hurts. But could do it with the hand on the seat.
