Had shoulder replacement surgery one year ago today. Much better mobility with the shoulder, but have ongoing neck stiffness and limited range of motion that I need to work on. Just starting today to get motivated to regular following here. Thanks for the lesson.

Great general movement exercise for the neck and shoulders. Do you have an exercise for the muscle that goes from the back of your next to end of shoulder/mid back? I am back because I am having the same problem I had when my doctor first sent me too this video-spasming in the left side of my neck and shoulders. Do you have any recommendations for how to hold your cell phone when you use it so you put the least amount of stress on your neck and shoulders? I am having trouble holding and using may phone because doing so bothers my neck and shoulders. Wondering if you have any suggestions. Thank you from Los Angeles.
