I'm not over 50 but these were great..
I have to say thankyou for the tips on the all fours about it's ok to do in the bed And use the cushion; ...
because my knee was hurting so it was good to know I could put a pillow under it when kneeling..
When I did that kneeling shoulder stretch it did hurt my under arm on the outer side in alignment with the armpit if that makes sense..
And when I table top stretch it hurt the inner front of my actual shoulder..
I don't know what this means could be going on..
Any advice or tips where to turn from here?

I was diagnosed with 'frozen shoulder' years ago. "Will go away by itself" said my PC. 6 yrs later saw different Doctor - was given aqua therapy, pain patches and pills. 2 yrs later, new PC sends me to Orthopedic; "replace shoulder due to arthritis". I was shocked & refused! Ortho gave me PT, insisting I would need replacement surgery. PT helped reach & lessened pain (only 12 sessions in 6weeks). I'm going to try your exercises (doable at home). Thank you. I think the Ortho Dr is "cut happy".
    P.S. I'm 72 yrs old.

I have had shoulder impingement for more than three years as a result of lifting some furniture, dumb I know. I had to stop my physical therapy due to loss of job but did not feel that much relief. The therapist explained that the stiffness in my upper arm comes from neck down to scapular area (which hurt when he would press in that area) and told me that pain would then be felt in my upper arm.
My right shoulder sometimes clicks with pain. And that clicking sometimes happens in upper arm, it is as if the clicking moves in the arm. I am going to try these exercises but wonder if the grinding in my scapula will ever go away.

Hi Bob &Brad!! I love your videos!! Can you tell me at what height you install the wall anchors for resistant bands etc.
I’d like to install 2 or 3 at the heights you have on your wall.
Thank you! I look forward to your reply

The best option for this info is to search on RUclips, Bob and Brad How to install Wall Anchors. 2 video options that show the proper installation. Good luck with your Wall Fitness. Brad

Hello, if a person can do push ups, Lat pulls, shoulder raises etc. but can’t raise even 1 arm up when lying prone (Superman style), would u say that is muscular or neurological? Person is very fit but has Parkinson’s? Thanks for all of your information 😊
