Recovering from CFS and a back injury. These exercises were perfect! The nice thing about exercising on the couch is if you get tired you can lie back and it's nice and comfortable. No need to climb back up onto the couch to rest because you're already there! Thank you so much, Meg.

I'm watching from the midlands in England. I've been doing your exercises for a few days now. I'm not over 50 I'm 41 but these exercises are great for me as I spend a lot of time sitting down on my sofa due to experiencing m.e/chronic fatigue syndrome which I have had for over 22 years now and I was so glad to come across your video as I was looking for some exercises that I could manage everyday and these small amount of exercises are just the right amount for me to do every day while sat on my sofa to build up my core muscle strength 💪 slowly, thank you ☺️
And that's exactly why I'm doing these exercises too! Fatigue makes my muscles weak from too much sitting. When everything gets weak from too much sitting, I feel even tireder and the whole thing is a vicious circle. I'm hoping to break the circle and get stronger.

My leg exercises stretched out quite a bit harder I found that I still needed to support my arms in the back, ha ha ha😅 thank you once again. I have done some of your exercises already but these lake ones were new today, which I really need 2

I am looking forward to strength I get my core and working on balance and stability. I would love more exercises that work on legs, as my legs become stiff and are hard to bend. The do not hurt. ❤
