Hi I'm 80 and starting these exercises I'm getting dispondant about getting mussel back in one leg after knee replacement 6 yrs ago and got infection in it 2 weeks later,which stopped all physio hence a leg that only bends 60 degrees and lost muscle mass. Hope these will help xx

Hi Meg! I've seen a couple of your other videos and enjoyed them but Covid has turned things a little bit sideways and I just rediscovered them again. :) I'm 63 years old as of January 2021 and although I'm very mobile and in good physical health, I really appreciate these slower, more concentrated exercises. They are by no means EASIER than what I've done at the gym, etc. but they do have a calmness to them which makes me feel more relaxed and focused. Thank you so much for your time and talents!

Hi my name is Janet. I just watched your video. It is just what I need. I am 79 years old and I do a lot of sitting, unfortunately I’ve lost a lot of strength in my legs, my thighs feel weak and so I really need to exercise more. I had knee surgery back in 2011, was doing well until about 2 or 3 years ago. I get tired easily when standing and stiff when sitting too long. Just came out of therapy which helped a lot, but I need to continue the exercises so that I can regain the strength in my legs. If you have other videos that can help to strengthen my legs, I’d like to see them as well. Thanks so much for giving of your time to help seniors (among others) like me. You are really appreciated. 68 first timer .. did this one once and said it was easy then a few hours later I did it again .. I had to stop several times and barely finished .. guess I am in real bad shape. Today morning looking for some easy video ,I cam across yours and believe me ,I did three of your videos in succession.The difference felt afterwards in legs and body was amazing. I can feel the blood flowing as i write to you immediately after. I pray that i should be able to continue on this. Thanks so much. Could you also let me know ,how much time does take to get back your muscle strength. I am overweight but mobile . But exercising after 2 years. Desperately want to be fit.

Twice a day is fine! But leave 1 day off in between. If your legs feel sore, then take a day or more off to let them recover.
