I am 70 yrs old an Indian and have been suffering from knees pain for last two years. I consulted orthopaedic who gave me some medicine to release pain as I am over weight ànd don't go for walking as I can't walk. Eversince I saw your video on u tube, I started the exercises and got benefitted from. I appreciate your informative approach. I pray to God for your good health.
I have been driving almost every day 10 hours/day for the last 7 years and I haven't done any of this stuff. Of course I have pain in my knees, lower back and neck. Today I'll buy a foam roller, I can't wait !!! And by the way I just turned 60.
should have a look at the chinse treatment for knee pain they have one point in the front outer side of the leg under the knee that is brilliant i have had falls in the past three months every time on my right knee and on ly found the relieved after their treatment can even have that done as acupuncture but I did just the massage as shown as we do not hat acupuncture available in my area
Thank you God bless your good work, such a good human being you are,I can see how much you love your job,if I had a son I would have loved him to be like you for sure.😇
I notice that your foam roller fits nicely into the joint in your treatment bed but I found the roller I bought initially slipped around making the exercise really difficult so I recommend getting a non-slip one. Great exercises that really help.

Even custom made orthotics from a Podiatrist didn’t help that much. You do not want to go through what I did if you can avoid it. Now I stretch 20 minutes a day. I will add on the thoracic stretch. I’m fortunate to not have had much of any back issues and now hope to keep it that way. Great video! Many thanks!
Recently, my 89 year old father fell in front of me in the lounge. He sorted himself out, crawled on hands and knees to the toilet seat and got himself up , like you showed us. I realise now though, that he had crawled passed several chairs along the way to the bathroom. I was in awe of his ability!!
An osteopath (who also worked as a paramedic) told me that the majority of ambulance call-outs was to older people who, after a fall, couldn’t get up from the floor. I myself, like to sit on the floor as much as possible and have always done so. I’m currently sitting on my yoga mat watching this video. Once it’s finished I will do my short, daily Pilates practice to keep myself as active as possible. I’m 73 in July and have spondylolothesis. Luckily only grade 1.
Lucky to have stumbled upon this channel in my late 30’s. I can see people my age suffer from the same pains 50-year olds have and glad there’s time for prevention.
I cannot thank you enough for your life saving videos. Mobility is what makes us feel young. Too often we forget that. Your videos help us to regain mobility and that feeling of being still young.
Bless your heart. You've given me confidence and hope. I'm a 79-year-old disabled man and these three exercises are the ones I'm most in need of, I think. I'll send a text message to my physical therapist to get her input and hope to get started, with someone here to help if needed. I am ever so grateful.
Great Willl! You have dedicated your profession to specially help people over 50 to live a painfree life when most people your age mostly ignore the older people! God bless you.
Okay. A couple of months later. I’m walking more and feeling better than I have in about five years. A good part of that change comes from the things you share. My gratitude is deep.
I'm 54. I started working out, running, competition swimming, skiing, horse riding, cycling, walking, playing tennis from the age of nine till I was about 16. Then you start working in your 20s. Then you raise a family and moving the way a body is designed to move gradually gets shoved further and further into a corner until it's .. forgotten. I am still in overall good health but the loss in strength is noticeable. And that's a little frightening sometimes. We should move, throughout our lives and especially when we get towards the end because it significantly improves the quality of life of an aging person. It's incredible how society seems to have accepted that old people are immobile. That's so untrue. You can develop muscles ALL THE TIME. Muscle has no age. My father is 84. He fell in the garage. He was alone in the house and remained on that cold floor for FOUR HOURS. What this very competent gentleman said about practicing getting up from the floor can probably save your life. We aren't being taught what we need to know from mainstream media. Why is that? Many thanks for your golden advice. ❤
I think it's a shame that it's not instilled from a young age. I always remember a documentary about China & how they work out first thing in the morning. I once had a Chinese guy clean my home & it was remarkable how he actually *SQUATTED* when he went to pick up anything from the floor. It was totally natural for him.
Society views frailty as a part of aging. Preventative medicine is not taught in medical school. I think being proactive about your health and asking questions is your only hope to helping yourself. Thank goodness there are physical therapists producing these videos to help inform us where our medical providers can’t, due to scope and time limitations.
My aunt was right! When she was 70 she told me to be sure to sit on the floor everyday! Which I have always done and now I am 70! I especially liked the thoracic spine movement and explanation and will include this in my daily routine.
I used always to kneel on the floor when rooting through lower shelves in the library. So comfy. But now, aged 75 and with a laterally tilted hip, I find initial unbending a bit difficult. Hands and knees or handy chair help.
This is great! I’m 75 and, before the pandemic, I could lower myself to the floor with my legs crossed, then do a split squat get up with no hands (a “sit to stand” score of 9). The pandemic did a real job on me, and I’ve been looking for progressions that would enable me to get back to where I was. Instead of feeling depressed about having to use my arms or a chair, you’ve encouraged me to just get back to work. By the time I am 76, I intend to be able to do a Turkish get up!
Really? I'm one of those who got busy on my home gym right away make sure I had a pocket so that I could always carry my phone on the daily walks around the neighborhood as it was just coming onto spring here, so I could always be mindful of getting my steps, because I was so concerned about losing strength. I DID NOT want to get that thing, so I made sure to just step everything up that I could. And it worked. I think I had covid the first three weeks of January of 2020, before anyone had heard of it in the general population, followed all the recommendations which are just common sense anyway, and never did get it till late 2022, when someone had it at my sister's job and never told anybody. Anything you can do to not just boost but optimize your immune system, is probably the best thing for EVERYTHING
I started doing the thoracic stretch about two months ago on the advice of my physiotherapist, and my back has never been better. So I can really vouch for it. Great advice. Wish I'd known this when my elderly parents were still alive!
I’m a 63yr old woman who has always kept busy and thought how strong she was with working, cleaning homes and work in a huge garden. Now just recovering from a hip replacement has noticed many of these problems you’ve highlighted Will, I’m getting stronger and more confident each day. I consider your advice as a second chance to not let my strength slip too far into a black hole as it’s so easy to let go and get into lazy habits
I'm sorry to hear you've noticed some of these problems. It's great to hear your strength and confidence is building each day - I hope my channel can continue to offer helpful guidance for you in this period of rehabilitation - keep up the great work :)
Brilliant, thank you. I’m 78, in the US and this is the best practical advice I’ve seen. I’m a retired RN with mobility issues. Your advice has helped tremendously. Practical, solid, doable. You’ve already made a difference in my life.
For years and years I used to lie on my sofa with legs over the back and drop my head back. I let the weight of my head to gradually stretch my thoracic spine. I often fell asleep.
Oh! The progressive practice of getting up AND down to the floor is brilliant! I can do them but barely. Love the idea of making it into a daily practice. Thank you!
Hi Will…you are a master of explanation and a true wealth of information…your manner of presenting the exercises are shown with an easy flow which encourages participation and memorization of life restoring movements…compliments to your superb technique…❤️
At 71 I'm certain I can benefit from each of these exercises. I live alone so I do need to know how to get up from a lying position on the floor. I haven't fallen yet but my lack of flexibility and issues with balance suggest it's a real possibility. Add to that hips that aren't as strong anylonger and you have a challenging set of circumstances. You do as fine a job helping the elderly to better living then anyone on RUclips. Thanks from The U.S.
Hi there, it's great to hear you feel you can benefit from my suggestions, I'm wishing you all the very best and I hope my channel continues to offer you support :)
You are a star....you are the best❤❤ I'm over 70 and suffered a lot with stiffness in my feet and ankles...you came up on RUclips and I start doing your exercises and it's doing wonders for my feet and ankles...Thank you so much and tons of ❤ and kisses from the granny in Cape Town South Africa...
No one needs that. This video is short enough and there is the exact info needed, no more, no less. So there is nothing that should be skipped over to hurry it up.
First of all: the way you explain the physics and cause of pain is excellent. I am a 65 yr old passionate garden-loving (and working) woman with scoliosis and hip- as well as knee-problems. But with daily exercises I could avoid surgery so far. What I could not get rid of is the constant shoulder and neck pain. Even massage (fortnightly) and exercise did not change much in the level of constant pain. But the roll exercise for the extension in the upper spine makes ALL the difference! Thank you and thank God for your gift
So useful. I have been practising getting up from the floor without holding onto anything for several months. I only do it occasionally (a few times a week, should do it more often) and it has gone much easier. I was actually shocked to discover I couldn't do it easily: I hadn't noticed but my brother challenged me and I realised how hard it was. I also have very tight calves but didi not realise that was affecting my knees and ankles.
Hi, Will! I just tried the thoracic extension! Wonderful! The only things holding back this 73 fan of yours from getting back in shape have been my IBS-C discomfort and migraine-like headaches. I've been incorporating your exercises into my own strength workouts. However, in between workouts, busy errands (over 6000 steps yesterday) I sit in between. Yesterday I had a healthy lunch followed too closely by vacuuming, leaned forward lugging canister vacuum, then a shopping errand. While shopping I felt IBS twinges in my gut. Today your exercise and other extension relaxation seem to have loosened the very things that trigger headaches and smooth digestion. I probably need a standing desk for computer research and any leisure time at home. Thanks for your help! ❤
Oh my! The getting up from the floor is a great challenge for me. I forget to do this category everyday. Videos actually give inspiration. Methinks I have to watch yours everyday too get the habits established. When I was younger I walked and cycled and swam en did stretches for years. But for the last few years my circumstances and opportunity has changed and now I find that I suddenly need more strengthening exercises.
14:48 Easy to follow- even if maybe a slower pace than you 😊But we, over 50 crowd appreciate that you can empathize with our various issues and offer self help techniques so we can remain independent and strong 💪💪🔥🎊🌷🎶
What an excellent video! I'm going to start doing those. I don't get down onto the floor without having a stable chair close by to get up with, but it hadn't occurred to me to practice that daily. You've given me a lot of inspiration in this video. Thank you so much! I appreciate all the information you give us here.
Will, your channel is awesome! Great information on the calves and practicing getting up. I haven’t seen anything on these two topics before. Especially the correlation between your calf and knee/ankle pain. Brilliant! Your manner of explanation is always easy to understand.
I just turned 61 and discovered judt how really difficult it was to get up off the floor when I took a yoga class! Thanks I will put this into practice.❤.
I really appreciate that you use visuals such as your plastic spine or images to show how things work. It is more instructive and motivational than only verbally explaining it. You're a great instructor.
We all appreciate your clear explanations and demonstrations so much, Will. They are a lifeline out of what could be a restrictive old age. A big thank you.
God bless you son appreciate your great effort to help us. Seeing you in the video remembering my two lovely grown up sons who always motivate me to be in my best version. Sending love❤
I think I’m blessed because walking briskly 2 miles a day in nature makes my pain go away. My calves do get tight so I’ll be mindful of stretching them. I tried the foam roller on upper back & it made a huge difference!
I fell off my new Walker because one of the wheels wasn’t locked securely. I had just learnt the technique for getting up. And it worked so well! Thanks 🙏
You are the best. I regret why I didn't come across your videos earlier. You explain in details, understand our problem very well, and show how to improve. Thank you s so much. God bless you.
A great video. I didn't realise where the attachments of the calves are. I regularly do calf stretching, but didn't realise it could help my knee arthritis, so many thanks. I'm nearly over-80, and Ive come to realise that keeping muscles strong is essential. Then, the getting up off the floor won't need a chair. I think a good philosophy is "you only age when you sit down" . When you sit down doing nothing, like watching TV . Sitting down to do leg exercises is OK.😂
Thank you for another great video - love the easy to follow and natural movements that I have definitely lost over the years - now 75 years old Australian and determined to regain as much flexibility as I possibly can
I have Fibromyalgia and I darent do any of these exercises, I'd land up in bed for a week. The only exercise I can do is walking without causing any stress on my body.
I'm very grateful for your practical researched based education. I did the thoracic stretch last night, wondering if I was doing it correctly. On waking this morning, I have no stiffness in my back!! Gentle yoga continues me do the other two exercises each day.
I’m 53 and found you because of shoulder pain. It actually hadn’t occurred to me that my age might have something to do with it! I can still sit on the floor and get up without thinking but will now bear in mind that I need to stay practised at it. Thank you Will!
Thank you! I'm in my early 50s and struggle with chronic body pain. I cannot get up from the floor. You've given me actionable steps to improve my mobility! I can do this!
Great advice, Mr Harlow, especially getting up from the floor, which can be quite a challenge. Honestly, I can't thank you enough for the invaluable information you provide for the elderly.
I noticed that when I crouch down I’ve had reduced range of motion in my ankles. I topple backwards. I also noticed lately I’ve been carrying my weight on the front of my feet which is causing instability in stepping. This calf exercise is exactly what’s needed. Thank you for a superb video. i also need the thoracic exercise because I’ve noticed lifting my head exactly as you mentioned. Brilliant info.
I am frequently on the floor or ground, whether sitting or kneeling. Either way, using a square garden kneeling pad really helps cushion my joints to make getting up easier. I have thought about putting one in each room of my house. I also use chairs like shown in the video. My PT taught me a hamstring stretch that stretches the muscles all the way from my lower back to the bottom of my calf. Lie on the floor, raise your leg to a 90 degree angle and keep your ankle at a 90 degree angle also. I don't always lie on the floor for it; it feels so good I do it throughout the day to stretch my muscles.
Will, you are simply AMAZING! I am 47 but I am following your advices as I have just realized that I need to be more fit and strong as I have had such a sedentary lifestyle with not enough muscles. Truly appreciate what you are doing!
Another great video. I'm having such a fun morning watching these! Getting up via one leg is sooo crucial. I recently started doing lunges again to increase my strength. So glad to see it mentioned here. In addition I practice being on the ground and having the top of my foot on the ground and then curling my toes under me so that I can use my feet to help me up. I noticed I was losing some strength in that area of my feet and ankles and added that exercise to my days when I work on my shin strength as well. Gotta keep those kinetic chains moving smoothly! I haven't been doing thoracic extension. I forgot all about it. This video is a great reminder. [Going to work on it now.] I was very overdue. I got a good adjustment out of it. These videos make me feel more positive about aging. I'm not 50 yet, but soon. I wasn't looking forward to crossing that threshold and my recent (last 6 mos.) inactivity was making things worse. 50 doesn't look as bad now. It's a relief to have resources where we can learn the most current research via knowledgeable guides. Thanks, HT Physio!
Thank you I will practice this I do need to I know. I have also bought your book you are easy to understand and your exercises can be remembered as they’re not complicated thank you once again, from a grateful 80 year old 😊
Yoga mat placed on the floor. A mattress placed on the floor. These two ways gives more room for movement, gives daily practice to stand up from lying down position. Do not be deterred because of short term inconvenience or onlookers pitying you for sleeping on the floor. After waking up tidying the surroundings requires some bending movements. Gradually flexibility will replace stiffness.
Practicing again your exercices, even during the holidays in sunny France. Well it feels much better, even if stiff. Thank you dear Will and have a pleasant summer.
Im 64 and Im doing more then your video. I had both hips replaced in the last 2 years. I limp a little when I walk. Unless I concentrate on my posture. I do resistance bands 2 times per week. Kettlebell 2 or 3 times per week and bodyweight exercises every day. I should do more stretching after watching this video
U are not doin anything Silly! Great Advice. So smart! I will share this wit my sister. She cant sit or kneel. On floor. I hv lots of leg pain also. Thank u so much!
You're making such a wonderful contribution with all the information so clearly presented. Thank you, Will! I just bought your book and am looking forward to reading it and incorporating your recommendations.
I really enjoy your videos. Thank you! I have osteoporosis and would like to avoid a compression fracture of my spine. I believe it is best to avoid bending, flexing and twisting my spine. As I look at your thoracic extension I wonder if that may not be appropriate for me with a history of osteoporosis. I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
I started doing daily streches ( stretching my hands above my head ) and also made a conscious effort of my posture and this helped greatly with my lower backache, shoulder and neck pain. Great advice from you dr Will . its simple, doable and effective. Thankyou ❤
Thank you, everything you have demonstrated works, it is practice, practice, especially the getting diwn on the floor a d the getting up, not as easy as it looks, a Huge Thank You🌻
Unfortunately, I can’t do the third one. I have torn meniscus in both knees and can’t put my weight on my knees. But I will definitely do the install two.
What amazing advice!!! I'm just 50 but so much lower back pain. Trapped nerves and terrible pain. I understand why now and so much more. Many thanks! 😊
Very grateful and thankful for your very clear and simple demonstration and precise explanation in sharing this useful exercises for us seniors to improve our mobility
Glad you put the disclaimer in on this set as to getting up from the floor. Shoulder problems both sides at age 77 make getting up from floor impossible. Add knee injuries and it is worse than impossible . My rollator my best friend for avoiding falls at this point. Therapist put me on the floor in middle of reception room and had me think through other ways to get up from floor and it took over an hour with hubby and therapist watching on not allowed to help. I have learned to scoot slowly on my butt and back on our wood and tile floors in our home to a staircase heading downstairs where I am able to pull myself up on my stairway chair lift. Had to pull that off twice in last 7 years. All bets are off if you break something in the fall so I concentrate on not falling with rollator help. Will work on first two stretches though. Did get weight down to 160 after first fall thru keto to help myself better though.
I have to scoot to a staircase too. Thankfully we have many staircases in our small house, but it's also a hindrance with bad knees. And a falling risk especially with three little dogs at your heels!
Wow! You have explained why I have pain in all of these areas. After a day with my 3 year old granddaughter, I really felt the need to be fitter and pain free. Serendipity, your video popped up. Thankyou for such clear explanation of why, and how to remedy. I'm off to fill a 2 litre pop bottle, so I can work on my thoracic area. Christine.
Excellent! Had a fall on a wet, ceramic tile floor in the kitchen a few years back. Broke T-12. Not fun. Back has been getting stiffer. Just really needed this thoracic stretch. Did it in the last five minutes and wow! Great for relaxing those mid back muscles too. Also recently challenged with Achilles tendon pain so the gentle calf stretch does help it. I get up from the floor daily. Just about to be 71. 😅 Thanks for this video. Subscribed! “Motion is lotion.” 😊
I just discovered your channel and I’m blown away with all your great advice! I have medial bone loss in both knees and trying to avoid partial knee replacement. Thanks so much!
Thank you. You just keep amazing me with your somewhat simple practices, but really on spot and very precise and professional and useful every time. Your channel is the first channel I found on RUclips which address exactly what I need to in order to practice a way where it doesn’t feel to complicated and noisy. And where I on a daily basis can address my pain and problems in the body while I get stronger for each practice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I'm so pleased to hear you've found my channel helpful - keep up with your consistent hard work and you'll really reap the rewards! Wishing you all the best :)
I’m a practicing ( and old !) physio and these exercises and information are really helpful . Encouraging older people to practice getting up and down from the floor is crucial for all the reasons you suggest and I would suggest also for confidence! Thank you.
I’m 66 I fell down my stairs numerous xs Fell in my kitchen a few xs I think my training in karate for 20 years in my youth has helped me a lot I tuck an rolled falling down my Backyard stairs and got right up But I do think it’s important to be able to get up off the floor as we age I get on the floor once an awhile just to challenge myself I have hills where I live and literally make myself walk up them backwards My grandfather always told do not stop moving so u keep yourself Mobility
After watching your video, I went to the gym and did my normal workout; but I added your thoracic stretch at the end. It's been only four hours since I did it, but so far, so good. Hopefully, I won't be sore when I wake up tomorrow.
100% endorse these. Do remember that it’s much easier to get up off the floor if you are not in the overweight BMI category. It’s easier on your calf muscles too. The real fight as we age is to stop muscle turning to fat.

Yes totally agree with all said. Thankyou for your very good and practical advise.
Yes, and no distracting music!
Absolutely!
Spinal stenosis is this name used to cover spinal write up to skull 💀😢

For Older Folks your exercise especially the last one. Older people fall often so getting up to call for help is key.. God bless You Mr PHYSIO !!!!
And when you do fall, you better make sure that there is a chair within reach.

I am 68 now and find it quite impossible to squat let alone sit on the floor! What alternative positions can I adopt?

This is great! I’m 75 and, before the pandemic, I could lower myself to the floor with my legs crossed, then do a split squat get up with no hands (a “sit to stand” score of 9). The pandemic did a real job on me, and I’ve been looking for progressions that would enable me to get back to where I was. Instead of feeling depressed about having to use my arms or a chair, you’ve encouraged me to just get back to work. By the time I am 76, I intend to be able to do a Turkish get up!
Thanks for saying this. The pandemic made me very weak. I didn't realize it but now I do and I'm working on regaining strenghth
The power of positive thinking. 😊
I would rather deal with pain and stiffness than sit through this painfully boring video.
@@du3223than you really do not know what pain is.
As a geriatric nurse (and one with elderly parents) I'm really appreciating your tips
I started doing the thoracic stretch about two months ago on the advice of my physiotherapist, and my back has never been better. So I can really vouch for it. Great advice. Wish I'd known this when my elderly parents were still alive!
So pleased to hear it was helpful! Something I do personally every day.
Without any doubt.
Ok
In my entire life I've only known one nurse who was in good health in later years
I’ve been doing essentrics and yoga for 12 years, I am 77 and can do these exercises fairly easily. Keep moving!
For years and years I used to lie on my sofa with legs over the back and drop my head back. I let the weight of my head to gradually stretch my thoracic spine. I often fell asleep.
That's a great idea
Thank you so much for the kind words! Means a lot!
Without out any doubt.
Yes Will does an excellent Job
Totally agree with @johnroller5198.
Couldn’t agree more!
You are a star....you are the best❤❤
I'm over 70 and suffered a lot with stiffness in my feet and ankles...you came up on RUclips and I start doing your exercises and it's doing wonders for my feet and ankles...Thank you so much and tons of ❤ and kisses from the granny in Cape Town South Africa...
04:20 what to do thoraxic, 2 minutes a day

10:03 getting up on floor, daily
No one needs that. This video is short enough and there is the exact info needed, no more, no less. So there is nothing that should be skipped over to hurry it up.
Thank you
Thank you very much for the time notes!!!
@@BetterMe981I appreciate it, as it works well as a reference to a find specific part I may need after having viewed the entire video.😊
Me too!
14:48 Easy to follow- even if maybe a slower pace than you 😊But we, over 50 crowd appreciate that you can empathize with our various issues and offer self help techniques so we can remain independent and strong 💪💪🔥🎊🌷🎶
Thanks for your kind words and glad you found it useful!
Well said.😊
Thank you for this video. I will be 75 and want to stay as healthy as I can for as long as I can!
What an excellent video! I'm going to start doing those. I don't get down onto the floor without having a stable chair close by to get up with, but it hadn't occurred to me to practice that daily. You've given me a lot of inspiration in this video. Thank you so much! I appreciate all the information you give us here.
It was a great video right! some great advice
It's so sad. I'm 57 (2yrs menopausal) & suddenly became stiff + have significant muscle loss.
Will, your channel is awesome! Great information on the calves and practicing getting up. I haven’t seen anything on these two topics before. Especially the correlation between your calf and knee/ankle pain. Brilliant! Your manner of explanation is always easy to understand.
14:48
Thank you for the kind words, Mike! Really glad it's useful
Excellent exercises; doable too. Glad to have found your Channel. Am 83. Able to do your exercise suggestions!
Thank you so much for your feedback, it really helps me to shape my channel!
We all appreciate your clear explanations and demonstrations so much, Will. They are a lifeline out of what could be a restrictive old age. A big thank you.
Thank you so much, I'm pleased I'm able to share my work with others!
Explaining the logic behind each exercise is very helpful. I'm a long way from being able to get up off a floor unaided but that is my aim.
Appreciate your precise instructions! Tnx so much.
Thanks 🙏
Yay on you !!!
Following an accidental sacrum fracture, trying to regain mobility and flexibility. Your videos are so helpful ....
Thank you will very much appreciate these videos God bless you 🤲🤝💯💎👍💝
I did enjoy ur video. Thank you for your motivation. 🪑🌼Have a great day.
Thank you for another great video - love the easy to follow and natural movements that I have definitely lost over the years - now 75 years old Australian and determined to regain as much flexibility as I possibly can
You can do it! Thanks for the kind words!
You are a great help. Will. God bless you for your patience and deliverance ❤
You've got this!
Thanks. That was helpful and relevant. I am a 76 year old male and I live alone.
These exercises are so do-able! What a relief.
Yep, I try to keep things as simple as possible!
Just did all three, they help a lot. Thoracic stretch really opened me up, never realized how tight I was in this area. Definite keepers.
A big thank from switzerland !!
Will, you are simply AMAZING! I am 47 but I am following your advices as I have just realized that I need to be more fit and strong as I have had such a sedentary lifestyle with not enough muscles. Truly appreciate what you are doing!
VERY HELPFUL🙏❤
I love your videos. They are so helpful and you explain and demonstrate so well.
So pleased to hear you enjoy them!
I can definitely see the benefit of practicing the getting up off the floor techniques. Thank you so much for sharing this!🙏
Excellent and VERY needed channel. I've already tried several of your exercises and have noticed great effectiveness.
Thank you for the kind words and glad they are helping!
Can you make a video on getting up and down from the floor with no chair. There isn't always something to grab to help you get up.
Thankyou ❤
Good Heavens ! Thank you ! Significantly helped !
Great to hear it!
You are God send for people over 50. A big God bless and a heartfelt Thank You.
Thank u for such a clear & eloquent explanation. Instant follow. Starting each day with these exercises & ur core exercises!!

Thank you Will, for your educational assistance for over 50. I will certainly start doing your suggestion. Many blessings come your way always🙏

Thank you, everything you have demonstrated works, it is practice, practice, especially the getting diwn on the floor a d the getting up, not as easy as it looks, a Huge Thank You🌻
Very happy to help - I hope my tips prove beneficial - the movements are not always easy, but definitely worth the effort put in!
Thank God for your help and knowledge that your able to help so many people
Glad you put the disclaimer in on this set as to getting up from the floor.
Great creativity....where there's a will, there's a way.....this will probably help others with similar problem! Thanks for sharing this!
Hey! Look also into supplementing with MSM powder and Vit C combo! Works wonders for my knees! Best Wishes!
@@zelmulec72 Thanks for the info! Believe it or not I take MSM and vitamin c everyday! 👍
How much MSM & vitamin c combo? I take them separately
Thank you. You just keep amazing me with your somewhat simple practices, but really on spot and very precise and professional and useful every time. Your channel is the first channel I found on RUclips which address exactly what I need to in order to practice a way where it doesn’t feel to complicated and noisy. After watching your video, I went to the gym and did my normal workout; but I added your thoracic stretch at the end. It's been only four hours since I did it, but so far, so good. Hopefully, I won't be sore when I wake up tomorrow.
You're an amazing young man, with a big heart. Thank you for the tips.
Thank you so much I really appreciate your comment!
Monica melia You are excellent at explaining how to do the exercisers which makes it easy to do them Big thank you to
100% endorse these. Do remember that it’s much easier to get up off the floor if you are not in the overweight BMI category. It’s easier on your calf muscles too. The real fight as we age is to stop muscle turning to fat.
