Being an engineer I was geeking out over Elon's explanation of how it works and his answers to the questions that were asked of him. Amazing.
his answers were honestly not super complicated (all be it he dumbed things down for them), but I wonder how much he actually knows about the rocket he's creating, and how much is the actual engineers/scientists.
He didn't say anything that's not common knowledge in this internet age.
@@planetmarrzz he knows everything about the rocket but he doesnt know the minutia that is for the engineers. He still also weighs in on big decisions, albeit informed by his engineers. He was the one who decided to make them go towards catching it rather than landing it.
He's talking much more normally in this video than I've ever seen before. Sometimes his delivery is strangely clipped and somehow rushed, but not here. I'm guessing he's adapting his delivery and content to his audience, but this time, it seems much more natural and relaxed.
