- Welcome to 20 minute Standing Yoga Flow - this is more of an intermediate yoga practice with minimal cues. You are welcome to try it out if you are a beginner but if it feels too intense, I have other standing yoga videos that are more beginner-friendly linked down below 👇
Note: if you are practicing without a yoga mat, make sure you are standing on a surface where your feet won't easily slide and you have a good grip under your feet.

I came across your channel for the first time today! I’m currently living in a woman’s shelter and my entire life has changed in a short time. It’s been an overwhelming experience but day by day I’ve been trying to bring more peace and safe feelings back into my mind+body. Yoga is something i was able to do before this, but not having a mat or space to do a flow has been hard. This morning I was able to do your standing practice and it made me feel SO good! Can I just... your standing yoga flows have saved my sanity! There is something wrong with my wrist (have made a doctor's appointment), which prohibits me from doing "normal" yoga. I love these standing yoga videos. I've wanted to get into a regular yoga routine for ages, but the motivation to get out my mat and get down on the floor is hard to come by, and causes a lot of pain in my knees and wrists, so these have been great!

Whenever i push myself.a little harder to do multiple chaturanga s I injure my shoulder sockets. Standing poses are therefor great in transition times until I heal. This sequence was just awesome for me. Calm yet energising. Thank you so much 💓

This sequence helps my posture so much. People compliment the way I walk. Also, i noticed that my body is more toned than it used to be. And I feel more graceful in my everyday life. 👍🌻

This practice was a balance of relaxing and energizing! I appreciate your guidance around foot placement throughout the standing postures, especially because I've noticed that in longer standing practices, my ankles often hurt! So this was lovely.

Like your standing sessions. I’m not good at bending all the way with hands touching the ground. Reach as far as I can. You have very calming voice which I like with yoga.

I have a very prominent coccyx bone and fairly weak wrists. First tried yoga several years ago and gave up as found the floor work really uncomfortable. Decided recently to give it another go and discovered your standing series… just perfect for me! Really enjoying it, thank you so much! ☺️

I like your instructions, they are relaxed and say just what I need to be aware of form. I am not so balanced right now, gentle yoga is very good. 30 -45 mins would be even better. I'll have a good look at your other practices, thank you

I never thought i would be able to do yoga after a knee replacement. But i am able to do yours and your standing yoga option is a brilliant idea.it opens up an avenue for people with knee issues.keep up the good work.your workouts work!
I like a standing yoga flow when I practice outside. Sometimes the ground is not great for seated poses. I like your well organized flow and options within the flow. Thank you.
