I love standing yoga for days when I take my workout to the park, and I don't want to get on the floor. I cannot reach the floor during half moon (yet), so I put my hand on a bench; that helped both moderate the stretch and also helped with balance. Thank you!

I hope you do more standing yogas. I always seem to be somewhere where the floor doesn’t work - hotel rooms, motorhomes, houseboats etc. these routines are really a godsend and your voice is beautiful and the routines are perfect!

Btw, what is the brand of the long black one-piece onesies/unitard you are wearing? You look beautiful in it. 😜😍

Happy to hear you are enjoying your yoga practice! The one-piece is old from H&M, I think I got it 3 or 4 years ago)
I like this one but I had some cramps on my standing foot during all the practice. I'll try it another time I think
