    Enjoying your standing yoga flows. Currently backpacking SE Asia so these are great whilst I'm parted from my yoga mat! This one was challenging, in a good way. Sweating!

    I always come back to this at least once a week. Especially useful in the office during slow afternoons because it's intense but standing.

    The more I practice Yoga, the more I enjoy Warrior Three. At first, it was very challenging, but now it almost feels like flying. Thank you for this great flow and the opportunity to practice this posture even more. Now I feel energised and warmer inside. 😊💖

    030524 I love this series of w/o mat flows. I don't feel penalised for not having (space for) a mat. The flow was very satisfying for such a short time. I feel energised and ready for my day. Thank you. Namaste.

    I am sweating too after this one! That was a really good leg work out. My thighs really felt it but i really enjoyed it. Pleased to report that my transitions to high lunge are looking (and feeling) a bit more controlled and graceful. Transition to Warrior 3 also improving. Nowhere near Uliana standard yet but on the way! 😁🤗💖

    Hi Uliana! I just wanted to say thanks for sharing and guiding us. You're a great instructor!
    I just did this workout early in the morning today, and towards the end, I cried and released so much tension I never knew it existed. It's kind of overwhelming since it's a first for me and I've been doing a couple of your sessions for these past few weeks with the goal of getting more stretches, balance etc. I never thought I'd get emotional or anything. Now I truly appreciate Yoga in a new light. I feel so great now! Again, thank you! You are an inspiration 💗

    Hi Uliana, your sessions are nice and wholesome, thank you for making them for us! I just find the background music disturbing for concentration and keeping my mind focused. I wish there were videos without music.

      It would also be easier for me to make videos without music) But I did a survey on my channel last year and most people prepare having some background music, that's why I still do it.

    Excellent! Thank you so much! I wanted to tell you how precious the sessions are - I started with a 5 min as I was working - and then clicked on the 15 min - so had a 20 minute session...when I wasn't even going to take a break! i think these short standing session will be very helpful for me as I go into a new year. thank you :) Last year I sat in front of the computer so many hours a day and my body has become worse for it.

    Thanks dear; feels good after: a good challenge, my chair was solid but the airplane somewhat shaky :-). Back to you from Haputale, where it has been strorming, very wet and windy weather, Irish style… Returning to practice with you in my hotel room after the 11 days vipassana, where there was little opportunity to do anything but sit and meditate… Though i managed to sneak a few of your standing poses in, here and there. Namaste.

    Is it normal for me to face a challenge in balancing my body when I stand on one foot or even in positions that require balance?

    I'm only one month into yoga and found this very difficult. I obviously need to work on balance. I also felt stress on the outside of my hips during the airplane pose. I suspect it's because im fat and weak.
