- This quick 10 minute yoga practice features several variations of the goddess poses and other standing poses that will challenge your balance, push your limits and hopefully leave you feeling invigorated and energized :)
As always, you can practice this standing sequence without a yoga mat, just make sure the surface you are standing on is stable and your feet don't slide. It's better to practice barefoot but if you don't have the opportunity to take off your shoes, feel free to try with the shoes.

This is a great routine! I decided I wanted to do Yoga as part of my exercise routine towards better health. Also, I want increased flexibility & balance so I can maneuver better while reaching for equipment in my fishing kayak and possible stand up in my kayak one day. I have a short 3-day vacation and then I'm going to do your 21-day beginner's challenge.... Also started to do your 5-minute office yoga twice a day at work.... Keep up the good work.
