I've been doing this heart-opening routine for almost three years, sporadically, and every time I do I am so grateful! I love this routine. It's helped me recover from some lingering effects of PTSD and every time I do it I feel safer, more calm, and more prepared to face life's challenges. I've been doing this 7 day yoga during the pandemic and it worked. From 69kg down to 63 kg with proper diet. Now I'm again to my old weight. I'll start again.❤
I really love this style of class. No music, minimal cues, but with some pointers for the different poses. This was about perfect for me, including holding a lot of the poses for a little bit rather than doing a vinyasa style throughout. I'm definitely more of a hatha guy. I like to settle into each pose and really feel it before moving on.

LOVED this one thanks! As a tall person I have tight and forrward-rounded shoulders. This had me in "joyful pain" as my shoulders opened and I could feel the circulation going to places it doesn't normally reach! Wonderful. I do a lot o desk work so this is something I will be coming back to. Very grateful.

Love all your videos! You've really inspired me in my daily yoga practice, I *want* to do it every day because it feels so good. It's also really encouraging to feel myself getting more and more flexible! I have a few favorite videos of yours I keep repeating, and each time I can bend further and stretch deeper and it's just so satisfying. Your routines are always a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation, and I love all the variety you offer. I've learned so much through your videos too, I started off a few weeks ago not knowing much of anything, and now when you say to go into whatever pose, I know what you're talking about! I can find my flow without needing to look at my screen, except to check myself every now and again. At first when I saw the thumbnail I was like "no way can I do that pose!" ....and I was actually able to do it comfortably!! This was such a nice practice.
I’m on day 2 of the 7 day challenge; but I’ve been following Sarah Beth for a while - today is the first day I’ve been able to hold a forward fold without a huge bend in my knees (I’m taking that as a positive and a sign that I’m getting stronger and more flexible!!)

My shoulders are so happy getting to open up first thing in the morning! I love how you work up to the 1 breath per pose because otherwise that always feels too fast for me in classes. This felt lovely. Slow and open enough for me but also enough to warm up for a good start to the day.

I am on my second day of this seven day challenge. I thought I was flexible since I am a active person, boy was I wrong. I can feel how tense some areas of my body really are. It was fun, relaxing and encouraging! Meaning I am ready to do tomorrow's exercises today. LOL
This sequence relieved my tension headache so well! I was about to take a painkiller for the pressurizing, achy pain on my head, shoulders and on between shoulder blades but decided to do this first! After I had completed the sequence, the pain was like 30% of what it was. Thank you !
This was fantastic SaraBeth! On a spiritual level I wanted to open my heart. On a physical level I tend to carry tension in my shoulders. This did wonders for both. Very grateful.

I wish there were options for beginners in the floor bow position. This position has always been super difficult for me and I’m not sure why. The shoulder opening was also very difficult for me but I loved this routine overall. I’ll be doing it again to help me improve !

Very fun! A lot packed into 15 minutes. The twisting shoulder stretch was new to me but it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Sarah.

Great start to my day! Had problems trying to hold on to my ankles in one of the poses. Definitely need to do more heart opening moves 🙏🏼
