Good morning everyone, welcome to my channel! I'm going to take you through an energizing 15 minute morning yoga stretch to help wake you up and set your intention for the day. This vinyasa practice incorporates some yummy hip stretches, some standing balancing poses and some twists to help you feel good and begin your day with energy.
No props are required and I'd say this is best suited for intermediate students but beginners are more than welcome to give it a go as well. Leave out or modify whatever you need to. Morning yoga is a great way to set the tone for the day ahead and to carve out time for yourself before the day gets away from you.

I wonder if it's good for gas pains
I have problems with balance, but finally I was able to adapt by using a wall and modifying the twists but still doing them while using the wall. Thank you, Kassandra. Another beautiful practice again. My intention for today: Moment, only THIS moment, it's all we got anyway.
This was wonderful! More of these please! Since I’ve started doing your 10 min yoga almost daily, I haven’t had to go to the chiropractor as often and it’s helped with my mental health. Thanks so much, I’m so glad I found your channel, you have helped me so much.
I love the 15 mins ones more than anything else. It’s just better that everything. Shorter than 20 mins which is sometimes hard to find throughout the morning and a little longer that the 10 min ones so you manage to do some more exercises❤❤ often feels like 10 min it’s just not enough 😅

Today's my first day on a research trip and this was exactly how I needed to start my morning-- thank you!
Prior to the postures did the inversion chakra cleansing chanting and meditation, connecting with mother Earth and spreading love throughout the planet.
Performed postures at 70 three major joint replacements no shoulder joint post 15 surgeries😖 we do what we can and image the rest.
Adore affirmations and the ammmm at the end.

Nice to get a manageable amount in before the day starts. I always feel like all or nothing, an hour or it's not worth it, but I think this was just right for my stiff body. Nice and grounding for my anxious brain.

Hi Kassandra, I really enjoy these 15’ flows, I can easily arrive to 20 minutes adding some stretch before or at the end and they are perfectly suitable as a quick morning practice. My word of the day is to craft! I have watched your tutorials to help with stress, grief and weight loss. And recently noticed how helpful the evening stretches work out my aches in my hands after knitting or crocheting throughout the day. Thank you for your wonderful lessons!
Same here! I lost about 75 lbs total, once I started doing yoga and wim hof breathing method every day. It’s amazing what our bodies will do when we release all the stress! Keep up all the hard work!
