I just wanna say thanks for your channel. I had so much back pain, I lived in fear of my back going out again and then my knees started in on me. I was intimidated by yoga classes and unsure if I could make time or afford it. I’ve been practicing with pretty much just your 10-15min videos almost everyday now for 3 years and my pain is totally under control!❤ I appreciate the way you teach with no attitude, judgement or expectation. Just self-acceptance and care. Thank you so much.
I am brand new but I am in full agreement. Never have I gotten into poses and felt so natural and able to get the benefits of the stretching. Kassandra your guidance in the practice is like none other and makes my body feel amazing.

I love your videos have been game changer for me , I wanted to strengthen my body I am able to do it , I want to be a strong woman mentally as well physically don’t fragile . We woman forget that we need to be strong physically also
Wonderful! I’ve been suffering from heavy neck/shoulder pain for 9 months. This week my masseuse figured it out and fixed me (because she’s a genius) and this is my first proper yoga practice since then. Felt great and I absolutely had tears in my eyes finishing it (joy, not pain for once) 😁🙏
Another great flow. ❤. I really enjoy your classes and the detailed instructions and alignment tips. But there are 2 poses, I needed to make adjustments with: 1. Pigeon pose - for me it's knee between wrists. More toward the opposite side. 2. deer pose - for me it's more like 30 degrees, 90 feels not so good. Thank you so much for your effort to bring this to us🙏😌. Love the OM at the endings.
I love practising yoga with you. Your Channel is surely one if the best on whole Yt. I would really appeeciate if you could give more tips about posture (hips in line, etc.) itd so important and without them by just looking at you, its not possible to do yoga fully correct. Greets from Poland ❤

My word today is “recognize”, particularly what I’m feeling and how I can navigate through it all. I live aboard a sailboat with bf and are currently wintering (til the end of this month) in Scoglitti, south of Sicily, where the wind is so persistent that it can be maddening. It was THiS yoga what helped us snap out of our mood today. Bf and I have been doing your yoga since COVID and while still living in FL before we moved aboard! Been living aboard almost 3 years now and everywhere we go, we always have AMAZING yoga available thanks to YOU! So truly: TYSM for sharing your knowledge here! 🧘🏻♀️ 💝🙏🏻

I had the same experience. Back pain totally under control/cured from yoga. It’s scary to think what doctors would have done….probably back surgery.
