By doing your pilates and strengthening workouts for the last few months, my sciatica on my left side is greatly reduced. Beginning in November I could barely walk. In the last week, I've been able to walk with little pain for 30-45 minutes at a time (walking is supposed to be good for sciatica). I sleep now at night with very little pain. I can't thank you enough. You really really know what you are doing!!! 🥰

I love this, I have no back pain at all and although there was no rest , you switched up the moves and it felt good.
Maybe longer videos on pelvic floor workouts? 10-15 minutes?

Great workout, Ty! It’s hard to find proper workout for pelvic floor and core posture. But if you could change the song, then it would be perfect! What an annoying song lol 😅.

Been doing this routine two mornings a week, right before a pull-up variation workout… alternating your standing abs two mornings a week right before a bar-dip/push-up variation workout… hoping you’ll make more like this one so I can alternate them too. 🫶🙏

Im a man but I have hyperflexibility issues leading to prolapsing and such, this will be very helpful. Im awaiting sirgery and am afraid because the negative effects are sowhat important
