I’m 49 and had a partial hysterectomy at 41. Just a few months ago started noticing a prolapse of some sort. Started these exercise a week ago, and after only a few days noticed a HUGE difference! Thank you so much! I think for me, this will help me avoid surgery-at least for now.

I couldn't find anything on how to recover on YT, except for videos for advice on recovering from prolapse surgery, which is for people who actually had gotten to have surgery. And I can't afford surgery. I have horrible symptoms after having my child. The doctor who delivered her literally destroyed my body because of something she did that I believe damaged my ligaments after my daughter was delivered. It's really humiliating. I'm afraid to date, even, due to the symptoms. I am beyond desperate to see improvement in the situation if at all possible. I wish I could get surgery like other women do. Thanks a lot 😊

Hi. Newbie in your chanel. Im so lucky to found this chanel that gives postpartum exercise, currently im on my 6th months post partum via cs. Still afraid to do anything on my body because of a trauma. My baby died after 2 mts due to respiratory failure.🥺 She was ny first🥺 I hope this will help to regain my strength back. Anyway. Is this safe for CS mom?? I hope you’ll notice me. Thankyou. Have a great day ahead!

Awe my heart goes out to you and your sweet baby angel. ***Hugs*** These exercises are safe for a c-section mom after your 6week OB check up postpartum. As long as the doctor clears you to resume normal activities. Since it has been 6 months you should be ok.

Thank you so much for this tutorial I am going to be 52 and have been diagnosed with rectocele and cystocele possibly brought on from perimenopause and weight there are times where it is extremely uncomfortable will be seeing a specialist actually this week trying to avoid what I found out was a very nasty surgery trying to lose weight not easy 5 feet 150 pounds and most of it is on my belly I saw a pelvic PT that said I can do exercise as long as I don’t bearing down 🙏🙏🙏 and losing more weight would help she also recommended something called a vfit plus has anyone heard of this
