      Love this booty workout, but remember that these sorts of workouts will tighten and tone your glutes and if that’s your goal then amazing! If you are looking to grow the size of them, you must lift weights! This workout is great as a pre-work out to weighted exercises. ❤

    girls, DO THIS WORKOUT!!! i saw results within 5 days. i stuck to my normal diet and ate three times a day, this is so effective!!

    Thank you very much for these uploaded videos!
    I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
    For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
    I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

    I'm obsessed with this one. I used to do it for 1-2 weeks straight. It worked guys but then I stopped because I was busy at that time . And now I come back, today was the first day and I almost gave up in the middle 😂 but maintained to finish all the exercises and felt my lower back and my butt a bit painful, might be the muscles for not doing exercises such a long time. I will update my progress and hope I can continue for 2 weeks:
    1st day: painful but worthy 😊
    2nd day: im getting used to it, my butt was sore after 5-6 hours post-workout

    I have done a lot of workouts for butt lift and I tought every video was too easy, I AM SWEATING and my legs and ass feel like jelly, but that is good! I never felted this way with any other video. Thank you! I hope to see results soon.

    I love that you didn't do 1 leg for 15 minutes, and then switch to another one when already tired and sweaty

    It was unique for me in that there was no talking at all. No introduction, no mini break down for each move. Having said that, I loved the different moves. You could feel them, they are effective, and what I really liked was the timer that count down for you.

    This is so amazing and effective! No need for voice instruction, easy to follow, nice music, no distractions, and super effective in short amount of time. I also like that you didn’t do everything on one side and then repeat it all on the other side. Actually , I preferred that you went back-and-forth throughout the workout …great idea! Wow! How did you accomplish ALL that?

    Yes! I made it! I did this one straight after the standing abs with cardio. Sweat is pouring off me and my butt and thigts are on fire 🔥 💯. ❤

    I followed this whole workout and it worked. Like, literally. Although I still don't have the perfect shape, I made progress.
    Day 1
    It's pretty sore
    Day 2
    Still sore
    1st week
    I can feel a bit of my glutes getting bigger
    2nd week
    It's bigger and some have noticed and complimented
    3rd week
    -still on going since I'm not consistent

    Starting this until on 11th Jan-16th February ( along with daisy keech booty workout)
    Update:let me be a reminder to be consistent could've reached my goals by now. 2024.02.21
    Day 1: burned quite a lot since I'm not used to glute workouts mainly core but done.
    Day 2: burnt but not AS bad (disclaimer I do get results quite quickly) I have noticed how my butt looks more perky and less cellulite but nothing too drastic
    Day 3: I missed it im sorry school opened couldn't keep up 😭
    Day 4: I did it but took a lot more breaks than usual, still burnttt!!

      This video plus one of the 30 min overall trainings (also with Eleni), I do not exercise everyday but 3 times a week and some days I do only this video (butt lift) and 10 min sixpack training- hard but worth it :) @@Laser_601

    Noticed a huge difference in 6 weeks doing this every morning. My bum is getting a nicer round shape, lost cm’s from around my waist and legs are toning up nicely. I combine this workout after 15 mins of yoga and so happy with the results so far👌 I’m still easing into the 30 minute standing Pilates, oooh that’s a good one!

    Ciao - ex dancer here. I have knee issues and i'm thinking these will be safe enough. Wondering if we are weak and modify to start by doing the bridge exercises with our feet flat rather than releve it will still target the same muscles?
