I've been noticing my hip dips and want to get fit so here I am! The last time I worked out was a month ago since I accidentally twisted my lower back😂I will be doing this workout+back workout-arm workout+abs workout! Day 1: completed 8/10 sweating and dying😂 Day 2: completed 8/10 Burning!!!! Day 3: completed 8.5/10 Sweating alot and burning!!!! Day 4: completed 8/10 forgot to comment! Day 5: completed 8.5/10 feels much more smoother to do and hip feels tighten! day 6: rest day Day 7: completed 8.75/10 feels easier to do! STILL SWEAATING CRAZY

hey everyone this is my 14 day progress, this is the third workout I am attempting! day 1: absolutely exhausting, skipped two or three exercises already wanna quit but Im gonna try my best! day 2: an absolute banger, a lot more burn, felt easier but definitely more motivated day 3: pain is tolerable soreness, soreness, everywhere in my hips, I am able to do most exercises now! day 4: soreness decreases, the burn js still there but its easier to handle Day 5:woahh that pain felt completely normal and I was used to it, the burn is definitely still there, gotta keep going! ❤
This is a really good workout, I've been doing it for a week and I followed the schedule from the previous hip dip workout and I already see results from it. My hips and hip dip area increased by 2 cm and I can't wait for the final results at the end of the two weeks. Update - after 10 days, my hips increased by another cm💕💕. I still have 3 days left
Hi there!!! I will do this work out for 2 weeks and will share the results every day!! I'm currently 63Kg and my hips are 98 cm!!( I was 84kg before and now I'm 63kg!) I'm still losing weight and I feel like start to feel like I'm getting hip dips😭 I'm on 2-5 intermediate fasting diet!! I also do love handles work out Any way wish me luck 🙏 ✅Day1: after doing love handles work out , I started to do this exercise and I successfully did about 85% of it😅 I'm sweated alot!!! ✅Day2: I did it this time 100%😁 again I did some back fat exercises before doing this one!! My hip's sides are all sore!!! Guess I'm doing it right!! right? ✅Day 3: Complete!! Again I did some back fat exercises before doing this... I feel the pain and the soreness! So I guess it's working!! ✅Day 4: Done! This got so much easier!! Even though my muscles feels cramped 😅 Day 5: I gave up!! I lost my motivation!my dad and sis said that there's nothing left of me and now I just don't feel like doing it again also maybe it's funny to say but I lost 1cm of my hips I know it's not that much and is probably a miss measurement 😭Maybe I do some hourglass or thin waist exercises later on

Legs feels kinda numb hahaha but I enjoyed this workout. 💪 Day 2: Did this after some upper body workout and oh lord, my whole body feels sore hahaha but I feel great! I'm getting hang on some of the movements so you can do it as well! 🔥 Day 3: My hips and legs feel less sored on every move and my breathing also improved even I did a full body workout before this! 💨
Would love to see more 15-30 minute matwork Pilates videos (no jumping, no HIIT) for targeted toning! This one is fantastic! Maybe some with booty bands or light hand weights too.
I despise this workout on my first day, to the point where I was complaining about the choice of music and no rest. However! This is my Day 4 and I AM LOVING IT! I'll do an update whether changes are seen in my hip dips or not but I def am feeling goooooddd

seeing a difference in two days? Building muscles takes time,watch your diet! Its very important drink water and take rest days as well so your buscles starts to rebuild

@@أسماءالحريبي These workouts are working dw, you’ll notice results faster if you use exercise band, personally I don’t believe it will work without it, since you need to feel intense tension to grow glutes n stuff. No pain no gain.
Ok so I’m so keeping track of my progress, I’m doing other routines before and after this and I also have noodles for limbs😅. Day One✅: Bottom half of my legs hurt so bad and I keep stopping to take breaks Day Two✅: A tad bit easier but still had to take breaks 😞 Day Three✅: I have pretty mild muscle fatigue so I’m deff taking a break soon, each exercise did feel quicker though🫣 -Took a much needed weekend break Day Four✅: The back to back exercises on one leg always gets me but I no longer feel incredibly sore after😅 Day Five✅:Doneeee Day Six✅: Sweating XD Day Seven✅: Tad bit easier🫣

I'm doing this for 2-3 weeks and I wanna share the results. Unfortunately, I start the journey without the last 2 exercises, because when I put my ilium bone (yeah, i searched it) to the floor, it hurts and i bruise a lot. So, I measured my hips in the lowest part of the dips and they're 89cm (if i'm measuring right) DAY 1 ✅ - I did a break before the glute bridge. It kind of burned before that DAY 2 ✅ - I added a resistance band on the hip & diamond opener and the fire hydrants. I did a break before the bridges again, because it was BURNING DAY 3✅ - I added resistance band on the bear hold too. My hip joints felt weird doing the workout tho, so i'm gonna find some yoga for them, because nobody wants bad joints at 16😅
Really good workout maybe some rests in between but other than that really good and I could really feel my glutes stretching. A week and a half latery glutes grew 5cm

Hi. Thanks for sharing this . Just wanted to know how long i should do this and how many times a day?
I'm doing this for 2-3 weeks and I wanna share the results. Unfortunately, I start the journey without the last 2 exercises, because when I put my ilium bone (yeah, i searched it) to the floor, it hurts and i bruise a lot.
So, I measured my hips in the lowest part of the dips and they're 89cm (if i'm measuring right)
DAY 1 ✅ - I did a break before the glute bridge. It kind of burned before that
DAY 2 ✅ - I added a resistance band on the hip & diamond opener and the fire hydrants. I did a break before the bridges again, because it was BURNING
DAY 3✅ - I added resistance band on the bear hold too. My hip joints felt weird doing the workout tho, so i'm gonna find some yoga for them, because nobody wants bad joints at 16😅

Really good workout maybe some rests in between but other than that really good and I could really feel my glutes stretching. A week and a half latery glutes grew 5cm

Guys I didn’t think this will work at first but I was 7 mins in it and the burn was INTENSE so I’m gonna do the workout challenge for a week:
Day 1: ✅ My side booties are so hurt jkfjkakskaj
Day2: ✅ still so painful
i could feel the burn by the second exercise woooo
