    Hi Mizi this work out is very tiring but also worth it. I never go to the gym and I do exercise at home via these vlogs and really appreciate them. When you’re video came up for suggestion I thought I should try it out and I can definitely say I have no regrets because as painful as it starts off like I said it’s most definitely worth it.     I am challenging myself for this workout...I will start from today
    Day 1: Done✅
    Day 2: Done✅
    Day 3: Done✅
    Day 4: Done✅
    Day 5: Done✅
    Day 6: Done✅
    Day 7: Done✅
    well, I cant see any difference in my size but it does feel lighter and less heavy..so I am going to continue.
    Day 8: Done✅
    Day 9: Done✅
    Day 10: Done✅
    Day 11: Done✅
    Day 12: Done✅
    Day 13: Done✅
    Day 14: Done✅
    Day 15: Done✅
    so after 2 weeks of exercise I can see a difference in my sagging breasts...as it has been uplifted but I cant see much difference in the width of my breast size, its only 1cm that has been reduced.
    Day 16: Done✅
    Day 17: Done✅
    Day 18: Done✅
    Day 19: Done✅
    Day 20: Done✅
    Day 21: Done✅
    I completed the exercise and definitely it works. When I started it was 7 inches saggy and after 3 weeks it 5 inches. But however I cant see any difference in the bust size it was 36.5 inches when I started and still its 36 inches.
    So the main purpose of this video is to only uplift your saggy breast.
    Anyways I loved and enjoyed doing thia exercise. I am maintaing a proper healthy lifestyle. So yeah go ahead if you want to see the results🎉❤😊🥳

    15:35 1/7 가슴앞에서 손모았다 팔꿈치 모았다 하는 운동을 거울보며 해보니..전 팔꿈치 모으니 얼굴꽃받침만 되네요 ㅋㅋㅋ😅

      @@megalaimegha ... been doing this for 2 weeks now, everyday (once). My boobs (to be more specific: nipples) are about an inch higher than before. And some unknown muscle, starting at the armpit going down to the nipples in a straight line) is filling the inside of my breasts in a pleasant way - they look (and feel) firm, less saggy. I´m wearing my linen top without a bra now - I´m very pleased. Good luck to you as well :)

    알려주신 방법대로 열심히 따라하는중인데 바로 효과오네요 ㅎㅎ 전 자연스러운게 좋아서 러미유 가슴크림 같이 쓰면서 볼륨키우고있어요 ㅎㅎ 브라찰때 찬 느낌이 다르고, 피부도 더 부드럽고 탄력 있게 변했어요~

    Mizi I love your workouts I just did my first full week after long long time doing nothing and I discover new pain everyday but your workouts are low impact and make me wanna exercises without fear and Motivated!
