I am a 77 year old woman with a VERY overactive bladder. I do take medication for it, which does help. I started doing this workout 18 days ago (I aim for every other day,) and within 2 weeks I could feel the difference. Much less leaking AND not waking up every 2 hours to go pee! This is such a simple workout, but so effective! Thank you so much!

Have you gone to a pelvic floor therapist? I am 56 with an extremely overactive bladder and as much as these exercises helped me a pft calmed my bladder down and helped with my tight pelvic floor. My pft gave me my life back.

Thank you so much for offering this workout - I've been doing it a few times a week for a couple of months now and it's made SO much difference in not needing to urinate so frequently! I was seeing a PT specialist, but this is a lot better priced than $300/month. ;)

I know it sounds weird that I’m telling you this because I’m only 18 years old (I am a kid and not old ) , but I want to try this because I have poor bladder control and my bladder is very overactive and last night it kept me up at night ! I also have issues with my bowels as well and this worsens the bladder issues . I also have issues with emptying properly and I always accidentally sit on the toilet wrong and make messes by accident. I hope I’m not sounding embarrassing by saying this . I hope I’m not alone and that I’m not the only kid my age going through this or person in general going through this ! I also cannot drink caffeine or alcohol or citrus fruits, or I will pee in my pants ! My vegan diet has helped a lot and eating fiber gummies has helped a lot , along with losing weight in my stomach , which I gained weight from last year when I was given a medicine for my depression called abilify and it made my bladder issues worse and I was always in pain ! It also tore up my body and gave me stretch marks , which I hated , because I’m just a young girl ! I was very concerned , because my waist and collarbones are naturally very skinny , while the rest of me is healthily plump , but not fat (I have an hourglass ⌛️ figure !) My bladder issues have caused me a lot of disruptions in my everyday life and I’m also autistic, dyslexic , and I have ADHD! I also have multiple chronic mental and physical illnesses from trauma ,such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, schizotypal personality disorder, psoriasis , and GERD. I have severe chronic health problems and your videos help me a lot , so I want to say , thank you, as a young girl who struggles a lot ! Your videos give me hope for people like me and I hope they give me some relief !

I started with bladder issues in my 20s, very young as well,. I thought I would be worse now at old age, but I'm not as bad as I thought. I have more control now than in my 30s. I'm 65. The thing is having consistency with these exercises. I still suffer because I do them on and off, but have decided to not let go and stick to them. It's never too late if you have kept a healthy lifestyle. Cut out or cut down on caffeine, fizzy drinks, as well as alcohol. Consume them in moderation.

My heart goes to you with lots of support for keeping your inner strength strong... ...with your resolve to get better and better which you can do for sure if you so choose. Try not to put too much emphasis on the labels of your maladies and, instead, keep on working at them as best as you can.
I am now over 70 and, for a female who was bulimic, smoking over 50 cigarettes a day and doing as little exercise as possible while eating rubbish all day long - and feeling that I was this and that and the other...in a self-depreciating way!!!...I realised, with time, how all answers are inside.
I now walk even up to 20 km in natural settings... and love it, when on my own, I am even talking to trees, birds etc.
I can raise my 65 kg body of average height on bars, which I hardly could manage in my youth... ...admittedly, I just dangle...yet, hey...not many women my age can do it!!!
I also do intermittent fasting and, to cleanse my body and not to feel hungry, I often have a routine of bullet coffee ..or black/green tea with MTC oil - which is the highest coconut concentrate and suppresses hunger while giving a lot of energy, I eat meat extremely rarely, Irish Moss whenever I can...
...and, mainly, vegetables, salad and fruit that is healthy, nuts, pulses and eggs plus dairy which I love ...and have replaced the hamburgers, french fries, cheese cakes and much more rubbish food that really hurt my body and mind with inflammation... ...you can do it too, should you wish to put your heart into it ...and it's my wish for you to have the inner strength, say... as a Festive Season present to yourself!?!...so that, once you accept your changed mental framework all will be possible for you as well!!! It becomes fun!!!
There are also free practices that work wonders...too much to explain in detail ail here...
...just type, in RUclips: Mudra (for whatever condition you wish..mental/physical/emotional...)and see what is suggested...it only takes a few minutes a day, perhaps more than once if you like them.
Equally free are acupressure and also energy points...which on your own you can work on yourself..Dr Berg and Dr Mandell, wonderful humanitarians doing so much for health for all sorts of things for people of all ages, as well as many others, give, moreover, a lot of free advice on all sorts of these issues.
I am not a doctor ... just a nerd in love with knowledge and life, with over 1000 books... and I was involved in education till it changed so much that' I can no longer support the ..'do as I say, don't do as I do..etc...' ...
...nonetheless, by the sounds of you, perhaps you may consider upping your levels of D3 with K 2 to absorb it, and the B vitamins are often recommended for our mental wellbeing. Are you getting enough sun and fresh air?!?Looking in Google you could check by typing... benefits of Vit D3..etc...and, in time, become your own best friend while developing more self-love as you learn and apply... because life can be extremely beautiful when your mind set changes, no matter the crumbling world around us...
...all the best...we live in challenging times...
... yet, universal laws that create what we call 'miracles', are at the order of the day.
For instance, Dr Spina healed his fractures all over his body via directed energy and practices ...
... and other people like Dr Jo Dispenza...who runs ' the miracle school', they say..have done the same when they told him he' d be never be able to walk again after a very bad accident...well, hopefully some of this helps...look also, if it interests you..at: 'The Power of 8' by Lynne Mc Taggart (and the seemingly miraculous transformation that small group of 8 individuals can and do to heal one another, no joke!!)...
...no harm in trying, is there!?!..
...and have fun with experimenting, keeping serenity in your heart at the forefront...
Namaste and all the best... stretching and meditation are also excellent though at your age I didn't enjoy them, 😂❤😅

I’ve been struggling with a weird pain on my pelvis, this year I started experiencing lower back stiffness, so i stated to do yoga and stretches for my back thinking the stiffness was coming from by back and radiating to my pelvis, the yoga and stretches only made my stiffens become pain. After research I realized that the pain actually started on my pelvis a while back.
I started these exercises and I feel great while I’m doing them but after I cool off I feel stiff and I feel some pain, is it normal? Should I feel worse before I feel better? 1:48

I've been doing kegel exercises regularly but I am thinking this might give me added insurance that I am truly strengthening my kegel floor instead of just doing the kegels. Is this correct? At any rate thinking of doing this onced a day and the kegels the other times in my day. thank you!
