I have been doing this exercise for 3 weeks now my pelvic floor has improved by at least 70%. My abs well that is a different story really have not seen a difference but as long as my pelvic floor gets better.
After watching this 40+ times my only suggestion would be to increase the volume of the dings at the start and end of each set. Thank you again for making this video it works my deep core without flaring up my hip flexors thank you thank you

Today is day 9 and I tried this for the first time. Wow! I could barely hold the plank and the knee suspended for 5 sec each. Lol! It felt great though. This video is now part of my weekly routine! Thank you so much Caroline! ❤❤❤

Like the workout. First just watched the video, then tried to follow along. Not strong enough to do all the moves, knees not bendy enough to hug block between my thighs & calves. I’ll try again in a week. It was enlightening about my need to continue strength training with my body weight! 😮
This was a fantastic 10 minute workout! I can feel all my tummy muscles working overtime! The only issue I had was the planks where i had to bend my toes and that's a problem when you have arthritis in your toes and can't bend them all the way to hold yourself up. Would there be any adjustment to that particular exercise for this issue? Just wondering, otherwise the rest of it was super helpful!
When i first tried this I couldn’t hold the plank for more than 20s. I’ve been doing this for a while and today I was able to hold the plank for 40 sec!
You are my favourite RUclips instructor - discovered via your chair cardio/hurt foot workout when trying to keep fit after breaking ankle on a run. With final exercise, I can never figure out the breathing - the twist makes breathing in restricted. But I thought normally exhale is as you rtn to position. I tried both ways, neither feels great. "Just keep breathing!" I imagine you saying! Any comments how you do it?
Do you recommend a pilates ball or yoga block if you had to choose one? I have used a pillow for the last 2 days. I love your genuine style and personality 😊!

Thank you; I had a bad tummy all night long. Then I had some chamomile tea and did this workout, I am feeling much better! 😊

this a great mini workout, great selection of exercises for all levels. i think my pelvic floor wewakness causing my hip flexor pain.

My nine year old son says it was painful; I made him do push ups and crunches correctly 😊. He completed the workout though.
