I'm all in with three of your exercises. I don't have any high blood pressure issues. I'm consistent with lower blood pressure exercise, 1 mile walk and the standing abs. Just want to get tone and do more movement ❤
Thanks so much. Not only did i really feel my abs, i also enjoyed the exercises. I find other trainers tend to all do the same exercises but your moves were so different and much more effective. I definitely need to work on balance so looking forward to more workouts with you
Great abs workout as the moves were very unique and ones that I had not seen or done before. I had to modify the standing twist (which I could do) but not the single leg dead lift as I kept falling over, but I did my own modification which worked.
Great video! Im a fan of standing abs & you have really elevated the movements. So creative! Huge help for my client that has neck issues & despises ab workouts 👍🏼💪🏼😊
Hi Caroline, could you please make a video for people that sit all day long at work? I have been following your channel for high blood pressure. It does work for me most of the time but when I sit for too long my feet become very sensitive and my blood pressure goes up high.

Yes, hang on to a wall for support. It is called a "braced single leg dead lift"
