Thank you Caroline for all the effort you put into these videos, you are truly transforming lives ❤️ Could you please also post some period friendly workouts or make a playlist for workouts that are period friendly? It would be great to get moving during that time instead of laying in bed all day for a few days 🤣🥲

Is this an osteoporosis safe video? I am very active am 200 YTT just did your osteoporosis video really enjoyed. I was doing all these exercises before I just found out I have osteoporosis of lumber spine!
