I’m 52 and this is the BEST arm workout I’ve ever found for my flabby arms. It is only 10 min and burn my arms in just right extent afterwards. I’ve been doing this right before bedtime daily for only a week and my arms are CHANGING! Thank you and more of this please!!

I'm 57 and with menopause I began gaining a lot of weight, all my joints ached and I felt like I was going down very quickly. I've always been active, cycling, teaching yoga etc but little by little I was avoiding moving because of the pain i was in. My diet is very good, with lots of organic produce, with very little dairy, sugar, gluten or meat but still my joints ached, so I decided to try and try some cardiovascular exercises combined with weights to lose weight and tone myself. You are now part of my morning routine along with another woman. I'm so grateful for these videos as 3 weeks in 7 days per week I am really feeling and seeing an improvement. I have a lot more energy and even though I have a long way to go with regards toned arms, my joints are feeling A LOT better and that's all that really matters. One question, I notice that when your'e doing the weights you often stand with one of your legs stepped out in front of the other, I'm wondering why you do this? From a yoga perspective it would be better to stand with both legs in the same position to maintain an even balance. Much love and by the way I am feeling 10/10
I just finished this routine and my arms are burning. I haven't worked out in a few months because of a back injury. My physical therapist said I can do easy exercise with light weight and this is perfect. Thank you so much Schellea. I can now start getting back into shape. Summer is coming.

Great short arm workout today. Used various weights from 4 to 10kgs. 55 years young going through menopause not easy but daily movement helps me so much on my lifes journey. I love working out everyday at home with minimal equipment but slowly building up my home gym. Also practice flexibility mobility and balance is key as we age. You are such an angel. I'm 60. First workout after recovery from 3 broken ribs. And laziness. I did 2 other 10 minute arm workouts before this. This was a good final upper body for the day. I used 5 lb dumbbells.

I found you through the Copilot AI. I work 40 hours a week and have to sit at a computer most of the day. I am using 2 lb. weights. I found these exercises great because they don't take too much time, I walk straighter when I rise from the desk, and I feel comfortable afterward - no burning. I don't like burning - that concept of "enough" is absurd. I don't like flabby arms so I'm determined to do this each day. Age 82.
I absolutely enjoyed it #10. It was perfect for a start up at 72 years young. I do believe I have one more fit and strong in me. 😊. I did the core yesterday. Tomorrow I will do a leg. And each day I walk a little. I’ve had 3 major knee surgeries and a 3 disc lumbar spinal fusion surgery. I’m retired now and I let myself become go in so many ways but I’m starting again. 😊

This was really challenging for me but it feels great to be starting something. I really liked that you do the exercises along with us. I’ve searched up over 50s fitness and many give you the exercises altogether so it’s difficult to follow along - check your posture and how it’s supposed to look - but you made it easy and we’re encouraging and it looks like you’re having fun too 😊 - that’s important to me as at the moment it’s hard - but, as you say, you have to put the work in, and then it will become easier, I’ll feel stronger, fitter and it will be fun. I'm 24 and love your workouts, definitely felt the burn! Can I just recommend that you add a timer or something so we have an audible cue of when to start and stop. Most times I'm not looking at the screen for the whole exercise so having that would help.

Love these workouts so much! I appreciate that there are so many 10 minute or 20 minute focused workouts. I definitely feel them the next day. I have only just begun to really commit myself to focusing on strength training (in my early 50s). Looking forward to seeing what progress I can make in toning up some trouble spots so that I can feel confident going sleeveless again!
This program doesn't just work for women. I'm male and in my late 60s. I found the program challenging and I loved it. Will definitely continue using it. Arms are burning using 3kg weights.

Yep, my arms are on fire. When I do the tricep exercises, I'm able to use 10 pound weights. But, the shoulder ones I either use the 5 or the 3 pound ones. I love your workouts!!! And, I like how your dog is in the videos too. :)

It’s a month I was using 6 lb weights to follow you . I am using 8 lbs and wow what a burn . I love that you are very calm and 10 minutes is very doable to endure. I have released 40 lbs since 2024 January and my stamina and health has improved. I am turning 75 years in March . Thank you , ❤

I'm 24 and love your workouts, definitely felt the burn! Can I just recommend that you add a timer or something so we have an audible cue of when to start and stop. Most times I'm not looking at the screen for the whole exercise so having that would help.

I have just finished a few months after spinal surgery and have been advised upper body exercises this has helped me a lot. Thank you, of course I use lighter weights, I am 75 and feel great after exercising.

Love these workouts so much! I appreciate that there are so many 10 minute or 20 minute focused workouts. I definitely feel them the next day. I have only just begun to really commit myself to focusing on strength training (in my early 50s). Looking forward to seeing what progress I can make in toning up some trouble spots so that I can feel confident going sleeveless again!
This program doesn't just work for women. I'm male and in my late 60s. I found the program challenging and I loved it. Will definitely continue using it. Arms are burning using 3kg weights.

My arms were burning. I started with 5 lb weights and had to drop down to 3 lb due to my lack of shoulder strength. I'm 59 and I loved this. Excellent workout!

Yep, my arms are on fire. When I do the tricep exercises, I'm able to use 10 pound weights. But, the shoulder ones I either use the 5 or the 3 pound ones. I love your workouts!!! And, I like how your dog is in the videos too. :)
I was going to say almost the same thing: 10 pounds for triceps, 2.5 for the other ones....I like your exercises and your dog. :)
