      Thanks Caroline, I have been doing your exercises for the last 6 weeks and today became an official member. I’m currently trying to recover from a tilted pelvis with SI joint pain and doing your exercise have given me relief. It’s been 10 long months. Thanks for your time and you make me laugh a lot during the workouts!! ❤
