Especially like the moves with the foam roller under the pelvis. One question - what is the advantage of legs in a froggy position when doing the heel dips?
Legs are in external rotation which target muscles surrounded the pelvis and may also help relieve any tension in the hip flexors !
Any tips for why i am not feeling anything in my core? I am using a short roller maybe thats why?😢
Sounds like it may be the position of your pelvis on the foam roller . Make sure it’s towards your tail end not lower back and maintain the ribcage hugging in and down towards the mat underneath you. Hard to do while keeping the tail bone heavy ! Hope this helps !
