This was incredible!! I consider myself quite a flexible person as I can touch the floor with my palms when standing straight but this video was a real workout and showed me how much I'm neglecting my thighs and glutes!
Feels great was stiff as a board trying to get back into powerlifting this should help fix my squat

I've been very flexible my whole life but felt a weakness in my lower back. After this video I realized it were my hips that were weak all along
