Week 4 Day 4 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: I needed this stretch rountine. I have pain in my upper left shoulder. This stretch rountine is helping with the pain.
This lower back stretch was everything!! I sit (or better yet I'm suppose) to sit a lot for work but get up often due to my lower back aching because of all the sitting I do. This stretch is definitely going to be a part of my DAILY routine. Please keep these stretches coming, you guys are AMAZING, thank you!!
Now this one felt really great!! ☘💫In my case today, made for a nice after workout stretch! Not "only" calming the body, but also the mind! Oh and I like Juice's instructions! 😊

Being a barista is a pretty active job, and is especially hard on your back and shoulders! Will be doing these stretches every time before or after work!

Are you guys able to advise on a weekly work out plan. I'm wondering about the ratio of weight and cardio training. Do you alternate days or do cardio after weight training? A Monday to Sunday plan would be so helpful ❤❤❤

Exercise at 2:20 I hated the first two days, because I was doing it on the floor and in a tight space. Everything hurt! I decided to do in on my parents' bed NOW I LOVE IT. Is it normal if my back/spine POPS the first two movements??? Ps. I am on day 11 and my back feels much better. No more pain from an injury I got years ago
