I LOVE that you guys include a mini warm up and cool down in some of your videos. As a teacher and a mom, I find myself crunched for time and with a million reasons NOT to work out. I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
What I really love about your workouts is the very clear set up, articulation of what weights you’re using (or not), and exactly what we can expect. The music is great, there’s no chatter, just really great solid workouts. You make it look simple and easy, which I’m sure it takes a tremendous amount of work. Absolutely loved this found you guys yesterday after doing 18 mths working out after covid with you tube routines. Love that we don’t have to come off the workout to find a warm up or warm down & that there is a alternative if u can’t do it with weights and love that it shows u which part of ur body ur working brilliant 🤩 Gonna stick with u guys and also carry on my 50 day iron programme 😊

Oh yeah, I did it! Had just finished a 30-minute full body dumbell workout, which doesn't seem to be enough anymore (need heavier weights). Instead of finding another video, I did what auto played next one. This! I've been avoiding HIIT because I don't want to bother my neighbors under me, but I figured out a way to modify it. The doors have opened to so many more workout possibilities. Man, I am glad I found your channel right off the bat in my journey to strength. Usuall, I am picking all over RUclips to find stuff (Yoga, really). This is my first time doing strength training at home with RUclips. I'm digging it. Thanks for the workouts!

This was a great workout. One thing I missed was the % feature that you've had in the past. I love seeing how much I've completed percentage wise. If you could bring that feature back then this would be 5/5

Did this workout yesterday and I’m feeeeeling it today! My legs and but felt like jelly!!! That’s how I know this was a great workout. Will be adding this to my weekly workout schedule and will keep adding weights gradually! Definitely a great starter workout but ways to make it more advanced.

Week 2 Day 1! Did this video with 10lb dumbbells, although for a couple exercises dropped down to one dumbbell when I felt like my form would've been sacrificed for the extra weight. Made sure to activate my core every time I felt some pulling in my back. Loooved doing the Glute Bridge Jackknife and feeling my outer glutes activate!

W2D1 accomplished! 85oz of water in and workouts done. That felt like a lot more than 20 minutes! Love the single leg moves that you incorporated, definitely feel them and need to do more of them.
Week 4 day 1 of celebration challenge 11/14/22. I really enjoyed this workout. Keep up more of these! Using bodyweight or dumbbells, either way feels great. I'm definitely sweating but not out of breath. A good feeling when doing a workout like thism
