  • Join in for a 20 minute STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen the full body. Today I'll be using two 10LB weights. This is a NO WRISTS workout which means no planks, pushups or burpees! I'll also be including a quick WARMUP and COOL DOWN. So grab your equipment and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

    I've been doing your work outs for about a month ish, try to do a minimum of 3 per week most weeks I manage 5, I mix it up but I have my favorites. This past week I've noticed I've got some definition in my biceps and triceps for the first time in my life. Even my husband noticed it without me pointing it out. I love the simplicity of the moves whilst also feeling how well they're working each muscle. I dont find I'm having to force myself to work out like I have in the past. Thanks for creating amazing content ❤

    Damn y’all dk how much she makes my day whenever she posts a new video 😂❤ Her workout videos are honestly one of the few that I don’t dread and can make myself do even on mentally tough days because they’re easy to follow and not overly complicated but still challenging nonetheless.

    The best home strengthening workouts- I find myself pressing play even on the days I don’t want to. Love the modifications, some days those movements are what feels best for my body. Keep posting the amazing workouts! Would love to see a program too!

    The standing workouts are my favorite ones. IDK why it seems so difficult to get down on the floor. Or maybe it's the getting back up again part! 😂 Either way, I love these. 20-25 is my sweet spot attention-wise, and I also really love the slow pace and not feeling rushed.

    there is a reason that you have so many followers! Hands-down my favorite videos. I love the standing 20 minute dumbbell workouts. I don't have a lot of time before work and these always fit into my schedule and they're so fun I find myself pressing play before I'm even awake 😂🎉🎉🎉

    Love the low impact standing full body workout especially with warm up and cool downs. I have back issues so have to do low impact and floor exercises irritate my back. Also love having the instructions. Most videos I found have no instructions and it's hard to follow unless you are constantly watching. Post more of these. Especially the 20 minutes ones.

    I recently discovered you, after trying different online fitness instructors. At 63, and recently navigating through some old injuries (and aches/stiffness!), I find your format doable! Just the right pace that I feel worked out, but not scrambling to keep up (and risk more injuries lol). And I LOVE, love the compound movements, and modifications! Thank you so much. 🤩❤

    Thank you for posting/creating these videos! The modified version allowed me to continue on throughout the workout only needing a quick break more than halfway through. (Haven't worked out in a longgggggg time so this is great for me!)

    I love that your workout format is simple (45 sec on, 15 sec off) so its easy to follow early in the morning! This was the perfect workout for a day that I didn't want to exercise, and I'm glad I did! I felt the burn in the best way!

    love the all standing with weights. Be fantastic of you could do a numerical series with each one 5 min longer, so ranging from 20min to 45min. It be a good way to gauge fitness goals for us mortals with bad knees

    This is the first of your videos I have done and I loved it. I do Body Groove most days of the week but am looking to add strength training with dumbbells in my workout routine. Love that is a standing workout and the 15 sec pause in between. Workoit is gentle yet challenging. Will be doing this again and have added more of your standing workouts to my playlist.

    I do train regularly with weights at the gym and it makes a difference. So if I can do it, every woman can too.
