- Join me as we tone and strengthen our upper body, lower body, and abs with this strength session! This is a seriosuly rocking workout that will help you build total body strength! Grab some heavy dumbbells and let's get STRONG!
FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: BACK, CHEST, BICEPS, TRICEPS, SHOULDERS, GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS, QUADS, AND ABS.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs
- EXERCISE MAT

Thankyou so much Kayleigh. I've been in a complete slump lately and I'd lost all hope that I'd be able to succeed in anything I do. This is only a 30 minute workout but for someone like me who doesn't move at all and haven't been able to accomplish anything in a really long time it means everything. Heavy dumbbells was a very welcomed sight after studies. Went heavier than usual just to get my body exhausted so I can sleep. Added chest presses after the session. This was a greatly welcomed workout! Thank you Kaleigh!🏁WINNING🏁⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡🔥⚡

Thanks for this!! I’m 14 and I’m looking to generally get stronger- and maybe look a little more toned. The workout was great and Im certainly tired now, but I’m gonna try doing this twice a week to start! It’s worth it for my mental and physical health!

Your video just showed up on my feed. At first I thought you had a beige rug but it didn’t look anything like a rug. Then I thought it’s a dead animal type of rug. And then I saw the dog, and I was hoping that he or she’s ok because s/he seems so dead asleep even with you talking and moving around. Such an angel ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been melting here. And the other cutie pie on the chair 🥰🥰 What an amazing exercise with two angels in your room. You’re so lucky. I hope they’re both still with you, healthy and happy for a very long time.

That was great - I liked the sumo squat with the 3 count hold. Love the dogs being there - mine has been asleep in the room with me through a spin and strength session! She will wake up and yawn soon - pretending she has done it all with me!! Thanks!!

5/11/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this May Day Calendar Madness, a definite good and strong do-over! I noticed I was the last log in for workouts from the B&B we did in January so with that said, I felt stronger and did not modify! In fact started with 20DB's (I had stashed the steel hex 20BS's and broguth them back out to try them!), and was able to workout on some with these! Feeling stronger is def a good feeling! And now on to the desert and stretch these muscles that worked pretty hard today! We did them ya'll! Keep loging your workouts as I feel it is so important to compare where you were at when you first started, to where you are now, no matter the journey you are in! And Kaleigh... #WeLoveYouToo #InItToBeStronger💪

This is my monthly strength workout to see how I'm progressing. My weights stayed the same for the most part, but I got more reps in. :)
