Kaleigh, thank you so much for this incredible workout! Hands down the BEST I’ve ever found! My arms always feel like they’re on fiiire and those finishers couldn’t possibly be any more perfect! I don’t have much history of working out so only started with 3lbs and every 2-3 weeks have been able to upgrade the weights to heavier ones for some of the exercises, while keeping the finishers lower weight. In just two months of doing this for 15-30 min 5-6 times a week I am already ordering the 15lb dumbbells which is a massive win for me. I simply cannot believe how effective this routine is! I want to get my arms stronger for throwing my twin girls in the air. They absolutely love it! :) Has been a dream come true to be able to do so much of it. Thank you for your constant comments on posture and form too. I need the reminders! 👍
Week 9 - Bike & Bells - Day 58 - Done. Awesome and strong isolation today! The finishers felt great! Noticeable extra energy today as well. I can go up in weight in some lifts. Will do more floor work with heavier weights to try and improve standing exercises. The playlist was really nice! Thank you Kaleigh! RELENTLESS 🏁WINNING🏁 ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

Wow, what a workout! I am constantly amazed at the variety and types of exercises we do. Kaleigh - you keep finding new ways to challenge and work us! I liked this routine - 2 sets and then finisher, then onto next muscle / exercise. Definitely needed to go down in weight for the finishers.

Holy cow! I was definitely challenged with this one! My weights went down from the last upper body but guessing it was because the time was longer! It was burning!
Holy crap my arms have not felt like this after an arm workout in quite some time. These were the right sets to push the heavy weights and max out the muscles. Good combos 👍
Hard…so very hard…I actually can’t believe I am able to type. I did the standing chess press with 1/2 the weight I use on the floor and then was down to 5# to maintain form for the finisher! Never doubt the burn with good form and even a little weight! WOW!!!!

I would consider it odd to need to make a full standing one but thanks for it cause my legs are injured at the moment so it's hard getting down and back up so thanks for it XD
