    It’s great training
    I did it after 5000 steps aerobic workout and in Ramadan while I am fasting
    I didn’t carry 5 kg only 2 kg
    I feel great and grateful for you Olivia ❤

    This was a great workout! It really pushes you. It torched my upper body. I was able to stick with 15lb weights the whole way through except for triceps work…I have baby triceps still haha lol

    Toooo many repeats and variation on the same moves. Try no repeats. Here there are MULTIPLE of the same or same or similar moves. 👎🏼
