      At first,my weight is 86 pounds.I know I shouldn't lose weight but I lose.So,I lose 2 pounds.I still do exercise but it gain weight to 100 pounds.My age is 15 and should I stop my workout and what should I do?

    loved the cool down stretches in this one! Could you do a 40 minute work out that includes a 5 min warm up and the 5 min cool down?? I love these ones but sometimes miss the extra 10 minutes of workout 🤗

    i did it! i finished the workout! i woke up feeling so out of shape cuz i haven't moved my body in a while. i knew i needed a madfit video to soothe me. i hope this will be my day one.

    Been there, done that with gym memberships and other fitness videos. Tried a video of yours because i bought a booty band and the rest is history. These are the only videos that I have been consistently doing for the past year. My only goal initially was to grow my glutes but your videos got me hooked in overall fitness.     Literally lost 10 pounds doing your workouts for 6 months. I am able to finally run again without my knees hurting me. My back is strong again, i got hit by a drunck driver and my back went through alot. Thank you so much for making these videos ❤

    Felt low-key attacked since I rarely warm up and cool down but so grateful for it by the end! Great workout that got my heart rate up but still felt attainable. Thanks Maddy!!

    Day 6 done! I had to skip the push ups and use a lighter weight than I normally would because I messed up my back on Saturday, but I still did it!

    I wish I could “like” this a hundred times!!
    I have been doing MadFit workouts for over a year now and this had me POURING sweat and super sore the next day (done it a couple times since she posted it already)
    Such a killer workout, more long weight/strength workouts like this please??

    U know, i have a lot to see much of video home work out and build muscle, and ypur chanel and growwithana has the best to help me doing home work out and build muscle. Now, i feel my lungs and my heart is stronger then ever. I can walk or jogging or running without losing my breath again. I'm not feel tired easly anymore. And i'm gratefull for it, i'm just wait until my consistency will build my body dream too....😊😊😊❤

    I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    I loved this so much, it’s a perfect at-home workout when you don’t have a gym membership. It’s strengthening without sweating and feeling burnt out. Please make more videos like this!!! I have followed your videos from the start of my workout journey during quarantine:)

    I enjoy the length of this workout. If I want to do more stretching or a shorter routine I will just follow along with one of your shorter routines. Adds some variety which is great. It keeps me interested and wanting to come back for more! Thanks so much.

    How haven't I found u sooner?! Your workouts suit me the best, this is excacly what I was doing by myself but not being really consistent. U have pleasant voice and firm guidance so I stick full workout and when it ends I can't belive 20min had already passed. Now I ll follow this 30min

    Loved this workout only move I couldn't do was leg lunge with weight in 1 arm tried 2 arms like you said but made me off balance on 2nd round need up holding weight at my shoulder & doing a raise

    I’ve been using your videos for years and have the app, but I must say this workout format felt different and was my favourite.
    I think the timing was fair and the 2x 4 alternative sets felt like it went quicker so I didn’t get bored. More like this please! 😊

    Your video is really good, cute when you went forward instead of backward with the arm 😊. I can’t wait to try, but not sure if I can pull this off with my rotator cuff giving me some issues. I’ll let you know how I do! Do you have a video that may be a little easier on the shoulders?
