I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
I loved this so much, it’s a perfect at-home workout when you don’t have a gym membership. It’s strengthening without sweating and feeling burnt out. Please make more videos like this!!! I have followed your videos from the start of my workout journey during quarantine:)

Loved this workout only move I couldn't do was leg lunge with weight in 1 arm tried 2 arms like you said but made me off balance on 2nd round need up holding weight at my shoulder & doing a raise
I’ve been using your videos for years and have the app, but I must say this workout format felt different and was my favourite. I think the timing was fair and the 2x 4 alternative sets felt like it went quicker so I didn’t get bored. More like this please! 😊
