Great workout! I love the variety you offer. I am 59 years old and started your workouts 2 months ago. I started with the 20-minute no weights and am now up to 30 minutes with weights 3xs a week. I am almost ready to increase my weights. I am using 5 and 10s but am ready for more! I enjoy the no-nonsense workouts, and you both are the most charming and insightful fitness couple out there❤😊.
J&T, this was just a beautiful 30min workout. I am a regular here, and you just can’t go wrong with J&T leading the way. I really like the cues to keep the form right. I have been working out with home workouts for years now, and some channels are just way over the top for “regular” people. I am in my late 50’s and there is no need for me anymore to twist my body in a pretzel shape nor fly through a routine so fast that you don’t even know what you are doing. With y’all it’s just steady and solid progress each and every time. It’s also real nice that you keep the weighted exercises realistic as slinging around 30 pounders and having the worst form you can imagine is just not for me.
Thank you again J&T for great workouts all the time. I would keep the cues too, since they are constant reminders that form means everything, to at least keeps you from getting injured..

If u don't mind asking did you any how have back pain or knees pain before starting to workout and when you finally had a workout routine you got better and the pain is gone like u have muscles now ?
@asafeplace2488 I have both of those. I lost 50 lbs that helped alot but not as much as you'd think. Felt tiny and weak and still messed up. So started strength training. Don't do anything that's too much weight on your lower back or your not confident in your form. I wouldn't do heavy squats or anything crazy on the knees overextended. I aim for medium intensity so i dont over exhaust myself and stay motivated. Try to push the weights up as i go along when i feel confident. I focus alot on not putting a load on my back and joints as much as possible if that makes sense. Everyones different just gotta listen to your body and find something that uses your muscles makes and doesn't risk injury. Doesn't have to be lifting, you can go hiking or anything that motivates you that you like. I'm 35 male.
I've been doing home workouts for over 15 years. I always think my form is on point, but the cues did remind to concentrate more a certain muscle groups. Appreciate you both!💪🏼

30's year old, recently bought a 4-1 in dumbbell/kettlebell set. Have never really lifted weights and these videos help me a lot. The cues were so so helpful! I'm often scared to do a workout with weights for fear of hurting myself, but these cues helped me feel confident. It was a great workout, I'm definitely going to bookmark it and do it again in the future. I love this channel! Keep up the good work!!

I’ve been working out for 15+ years and the last couple of years I’ve been sprinkling these into my routine and I gotta say they are great. The ab routine in this one in particular is one of the hardest ones you’ve done imo. Great stuff J&T please keep em coming.

Just discovered your channel, and I'm so glad I did. Was looking for a new channel I could so guided workouts to. Completed a lower body workout yesterday, and I left that gym feeling great. Hi! Yes! I only watch their videos, I started easy just doing only cardio HIIT and body weight and after a couple of months I bought dumb bells! I recommend 100% I like the full body ones and do their cardio Hiit 2-3x a week

The AC helped me a lot. I'm self-taught in the fitness world and often worry if my form is correct. Listening and following the ACs I could feel a difference, especially in my core.

Good morning guys from the UK. Totally love your work outs and friendly style of presenting the work outs. I have done your 30mins dumbbell workout before but this was really tough 😅. But I made it and feel better now. The audio cues were really helpful thank you, maybe for the 2nd set you could leave a written description on the screen?. Just a suggestion. I really found this challenging and now definitely need to lie down 😂😂. Thank you for keeping a 48 year old perimenopausal woman motivated not to give up 😊. Have a great day and look forward to your other videos but I'll stick with this for a while to improve my form. ❤
