J&T let me say thank you. I’m 58 and was doing a CV workout daily and added weight training every other day. I was only doing 15 minutes of weightlifting because it was boring. Found you guys a month ago and now I do strength training for 30 minutes every other day and I can see the difference. The music and how you break down the sets has made me a life long follower. You guys are Awesome.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I’m a cardio junkie and have never enjoyed strength work until these videos. I love the format! (And also the results...I can see the improvement when I repeat a workout after a few weeks.)
You don't see results from doing a strength workout every couple of weeks. You need to do it consistently (2 - 3 times a week) and eat right.
@@MCFCity I didn't mean for it to sound like I only did strength work once every few weeks. I do strength work 3 or 4 times per week but I don't always do the same workouts. When I go back a repeat a particular workout after a few weeks, I can see the improvement.

@@MCFCity Actually i eat and sleep quite poorly, but i get stronger and more fit from training anyways. But yes you have to train regularly
WEEK 1 DAY 2: I’m doing this challenge to jump start my workout routine… again lol, and to be honest, Im not excited to get up and workout just yet. The last challenge was great for me so I’m excited to stick with this one. Today’s workout wasn’t easy, but I got into the rhythm about halfway through and I feel good now that I’ve gotten it done. Super excited to get in the groove and start seeing progress.

I saw this pop up in my feed and thought it be to easy. I haven’t worked out in a few years and just quit smoking. And this work out put me in my place lol . I Cant wait for more. This was a great 30min work out
This is one of my favorites. Great music fitting the movements and nice balance of abdominal work. I feel so balanced after doing this. I’m going to go for a run but it doesn’t feel like this work out killed me in advance to be able to do both. I like that.

Aye yo!!! I was well over 300 (maybe even 400) lbs wearing a size 54 waist and 3x/4x in shirts at the beginning of last year. I'm at about 250 now wearing about a size 42/40 in waist and a 2x/xl in shirts. I watched this video discouraged that I wouldn't get through it. Here I am now 30 mins later proud to say I made it!!! Through those 40 secs, it's all about keeping form and doing as many correctly while pushing ourselves. Thanks guys!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Hey guys. I'm 36 and way out of shape. I've honestly never worked out really a day in my life. I decided I've had enough of being out of shape and my brother recommended I follow one of your workouts on youtube. So last night my wife and I followed along to this (I only did 2 10 lb dumbells since its my first time) and I am beat (in a good way).
It's super intimidating to start working out when you don't know what to do or where to start. I didn't even want to go to the gym because I don't know what to do.
You two have been a blessing to me. Thanks for making these videos so that people like me can just get started.
Hopefully I can leave you another comment in a year and let you know that I'm finally in good shape.

Try J & T's Beginner Workout. I still use this workout to increase weight and improve form. It is challenging and educational.

This was brutal, but in a good way! Great video and great workout. Moved up to a heavier weight then usual, (4.5kg to 6kg dumbells) abit unsure at first but glad i did. Thank you once again.

Wk 1 Day 2 10/25/22 I had 8lb weights on hand so I used them the entire workout. I worked up a nice sweat. Great workout!!
Wow, it was much for me, an eternal beginner, but it was very good. I especially enjoyed the second part where I could really feel my barely existing abs :D You can push yourself in this workout but in a safe way. Thanks!

I have just discovered your workouts, wgat i love about them is the commentary, showing the muscles used , and the percentage indication. Interesting and often challenging workouts (i have Multiple sclerosis) but im feeling stronger and i look forward to working out with you three times a week. 💪
