I am the same way at 33. I feel like in my early 20’s or late teens again. Keeping up now before it’s too late. Especially with those younger than me and most of my family having health and physical problems too. Some even look and feel older than me too. Life isn’t a competition though but its what I do best for myself

I know this is a older video, but thankfully these things never go old. Its been a year since i had a baby and i just havent had the energy and time to start working out. Now ive finally come to a point where i am in the right mindset and i have that motivation to start again. I made a whole 4 month plan for myself to start this journey and after watching this video, decided to put it into my plan, between 2-3 times a week. As a stay at home mom, i dont have a whole lot of time to be working out, so something like this that combines multiple things is absolutely fantastic. Thank you So much for making these 'easy to follow' routines that we can do at home by ourselves. Things like these are a life saver for me. I do want to lose some weight, but more so, i just want to feel good and energetic once more. This one is a great one(almost all videos that i watched from you are) so thank you once again. This gave me a huge boost and i feel 100% ready to commit to this.😊

My husband will start joining me. He sat to view a couple of reps, and said he's joining me soon. Then, after he saw the 8 minute ab, he said he'd create a schedule so that we can workout with Juice and Toya. I was popping sweat like a waterfall running with this 30 minute full body workout. I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years, and I have not gaianed weight in 2 years, it has stayed the same, and the most I have lost is 10lbs I just lost the ten pounds in June ,and I need to lose 65 more to get a healthy BMI and escape being pre-diabetic. I walk 5 miles 3 days out the week, but I got to figure out what I am doing wrong because I have tried so many things. It's July 16, 2022, and I need to have at least 45lbs of those 65lbs off before Summer of 2023. Thank You guys for sharing your gifts.

I just finished the 4 week celebration challenge, but lost a couple of days in the 3rd week because of an upset stomach... when I saw that this video was advanced I thought I might not be able to do it so easily, but I have definitely made progress. You guys don't know how i really adore your videos! A month ago I started with your 30 minutes dumbell wo for beginner then always randomly play your contents. And today i get along with this video by YT home recommendation without even reading the title. My bad for also skipping the intro just wanna straight to the wo. In the middle, i thought I'm getting bored with u guys cs it felt too long. Turned out it's 60 seconds per set! And then Toya said in the end of the vid "it's advance" :') I'm so moved since I can't believe I've passed this level! Thank you guys for providing us your FREE wo menus! OMG I just started working out again, I'm 66 used to work out all the time with body sculpting. Day one I used 20 and 10 lb sets. wow, thats all i can say. Love it. I only droped all the weights on one of my leg sets. Upper body 20lb sets, Love it. Great pace. Can't wait until I can do 1 handed push ups again. 💪

OMG I just started working out again, I'm 66 used to work out all the time with body sculpting. Day one I used 20 and 10 lb sets. wow, thats all i can say. Love it. I only droped all the weights on one of my leg sets. Upper body 20lb sets, Love it. Great pace. Can't wait until I can do 1 handed push ups again.

All my life i struggeled with working out, i was a little bit overweight since my teenage years. I thought i hate working out bc i always tried to do cardio, hiit and running but I ACTUALLY LIKED THIS SESSION!!! Thank you for the whole new experience! I guess lifting and strenght work outs will be my new thing.

ya'll just gained a new subbie... I've been doing Caroline Girvan workout for 2 years and something and I've seen amazing results. I've lost 20 lbs by doing her workouts and eating fairly clean. I've been searching high and low for workout videos similar to hers where there is no talking during the workout and I was surprised after looking so long I've only discovered you all this morning. I'll definitely be alternating between this channel and hers. I thoroughly enjoyed this session.

More full body dumbbell workouts please!! I prefer these over the certain body part focused videos because I only do weight workouts like 2-3 times a week and want to make sure I hit all muscle groups.
