- Tap in to this 30 minute full body dumbbell HIIT workout to challenge your strength, get the heart rate up and to burn some body fat. With this workout we will be increasing the tempo as we progress through each exercise. We recommend that you start light with your dumbbells, and gradually increase the weight as you feel comfortable with each exercise. This workout is a bit more advanced, so we encourage you to go at a pace that is comfortable for you!

The workout was amazing I like the combination with HIIT and dumbbells I am currently trying to lose about 15 to 10 percent fat and I think I can do it in about six months with your workouts also do you have any tips to how I can improve my diet because I know that's an important part to ?

@@magdacep2994 I usually do the full body workouts with weights but sometimes I mix it up with full body no equipment for 30 mins 5 days a week.
I just found you all yesterday and I did a workout yesterday and today. I must say you all have mastered getting a great workout in without causing pain or being too difficult to complete it. I love that I can complete a workout in 20 to 30 minutes so no excuse for not enough time to hit the gym. Thank you for sharing this with us! I look forward to my next workout.

I loved this so much! I've been doing your workouts for half a year now, mostly the advanced now, but this was a nice change, the exercises were somewhat different from what you guys mostly do.

Good morning guys this was really challenging but I did it !!! I have been doing your workouts for a few months and can see that I am improving. I only get chance to do longer work on Sunday and you are the only people I follow on that day 😊. I know it's not enough but I do shorter workouts to fit my work and school run etc.
I'm 47 very near to be 48 and I'd never thought I'd be strength training but here I am. You guys are so real and encouraging so even someone like me can do this. ❤❤ Keep going!!

Certainly my favorite juice+Toya workout. Here I thought I was going to be doing the same thing for set 2, but the variation tricked my brain into thinking it was new motivating me to push harder for set 2. I think we definitely more of these types of exercises. I did it with 20lb weights

I have been following you guys since March 2023 needed to learn how to work out with weights. Since I was a beginner I found your beginner work outs and loved them! I got stronger and started doing other videos you have and I loved everyone of them! I was upset I missed your Houston (🤘H-TOWN WOOOOOOHOOO!!!🤘) visit sooooooooo bummed, next time! Well the past month I was curious to see other workout videos doing weights and meh, they're good but I needed that feel good feeling like I did with your videos.
