I’m 34 and a working mom with two young kids close in age. I’ve been on and off with my fitness journey for two years now. This May, I decided enough was enough. I discovered your channel and started with your 20-minute workouts. Now I aim to do your 30-minute sessions twice a week (3 is the eventual goal) with lots of long walks in between. It’s the most consistent I’ve been in a very long time. It’s only been two months of solid consistency but I’m already seeing changes in how I look, with huge changes in how I feel and sleep. I use barbells and plates when I need to increase the weight, especially for leg exercises. Your videos are a game changer. Please keep up the amazing work. And thank you for everything!

I'm 58 years old with two hip replacements and prostate cancer going through therapy. This is a great at home workout I might if I some of the exercises to my flexibility and fitness level but really like the q's you give during the workout. Great job!!! Very accessible workout!

This format absolutely meets my needs. I like 60min dumbbell workouts but there is not that many available. Your workouts are smooth and not over- complicated. I've been doing your 45 minute workouts for the 75 hard challenge but only have 15lb weights and one 20 lb. My body was finally too used to that weight. I just ordered a pair of nuobells. I figured I would do 60 minute workouts in the meantime. I am feeling it! It forced me to slow down. I didn't realize how much I had been using momentum to make it easier. Keep the videos coming. The videos are awesome quality.
I restarted your workouts 3 weeks ago added this one. Two weeks, my core is more sclulpted. Im 52. I do this one another 60 min one and your 10 min dumbell workouts. I feel and look different already! God bless.

First of all thank you so much for doing a hour video, they’re not many available and it can get boring doing the same one, with that being said, I absolutely loved the format of this video, Juice thanks for giving the instructions during the video, many times you can’t see on camera, like keeping core engaged, quads tight, weight on heels , so many thanks, I believe I had a better workout being reminded about keeping the correct form. I always enjoy working out with both of you!!!

Just completed it! It’s great! My heart was pumping and what’s great about this workout is that you can start off with light weights in the first couple sets and always add more weigh if needed! Def will be doing more of their workouts!
I was so excited to see a new 60-minute dumbbell workout because I've done the other one about 5,000 times! And it did not disappoint. I really like this format and that it's a little more arm-heavy than the other one. I think it will be good to alternate them. A little tip for others for the Rainbow Press: I like to switch my hand placement halfway through. Thanks as always Juice and Toya and hopefully Juice will be fully recovered very soon!

Hi , you seem to have figured out what works for you! They said this can be done daily? Don’t the muscles need a day to recover? Ok so I’m not new to resistance training , I’m just struggling to find the right routine to get the results I’d like. Id like to drop 10 lbs of fat and see some definition. If I follow this routine (or like this) full body, 3 days a week, along with walking 30 minutes a day, higher incline. With a good diet of course. Will I see some good results in a month or two? I’m approx 15 lbs away from my goal. Thank you in advance for any tips😊

i do your workouts several times a week. LOVE THEM! This is the first time I've done this one. Juice talking throughout the workout to remind us of form and specific muscles targeted was SO helpful! Even though I've worked out for years, my mind drifts so being reminded of form REALLY helps! I wish you would do this on more of your videos. Great workouts!

I was going to use today as a rest day but think I might rest tomorrow!! Can't wait to do this workout. I tend to like the shorter workouts because that's what works for my schedule, but I'm looking forward to this one!
I started the workout with 10’s and 20’s just as Toya did. By the end of session 2 I needed to reduce my 20’s to 15’s. The workout was definitely challenging but I was able to complete it and really enjoyed it. I’ll get back to those 20’s in the future. Thanks for a great workout.

🔥🔥🔥 workout. I completed the upper body portion with 20 & 15 lb. weights, and did the tricep kickbacks with 10 lb. weights. I completed the lower body portions of the workout with 25 and 20 lb. weights.

This was great. I had just opened up my RUclips to find a dumbbell workout and here it was in my sub box! Thanks so much y’all I did it with 10s because that’s what I have at home. I think a pair of 15s/20s would’ve been great to have on hand too. If you also have light weights maybe focus on doing some pulses or holds at the top/bottom of movements :)

I was going to use today as a rest day but think I might rest tomorrow!! Can't wait to do this workout. I tend to like the shorter workouts because that's what works for my schedule, but I'm looking forward to this one!

I started the workout with 10’s and 20’s just as Toya did. By the end of session 2 I needed to reduce my 20’s to 15’s. The workout was definitely challenging but I was able to complete it and really enjoyed it. I’ll get back to those 20’s in the future. Thanks for a great workout.

🔥🔥🔥 workout. I completed the upper body portion with 20 & 15 lb. weights, and did the tricep kickbacks with 10 lb. weights. I completed the lower body portions of the workout with 25 and 20 lb. weights.

I did it with 10s because that’s what I have at home. I think a pair of 15s/20s would’ve been great to have on hand too. If you also have light weights maybe focus on doing some pulses or holds at the top/bottom of movements :)

You guys have me in the best shape of my life at 40! This was another fantasticly put together workout. Even with the repeats it still went quickly! I can't thank you enough for getting this frumpy momma back into gear! Love the variety you offer in your workouts also. Typical moves with little tweaks to keep it interesting. Keep those full body workouts coming!

I did this 60 minute dumbbell workout to challenge myself. Tough but so glad I did it. Juice's audio cues and the modifications were helpful. Highly recommend!
I really like your workouts, I like how it has many different exercises so you never get bored . I am 50 ish so I like there are modified versions . Love it when you both are smiling!!!
Really loving your workout videos. I’m starting to see and feel changes in my muscle tone; finally. I’ve been doing mainly 20 minute upper or lower body workouts and step to beat videos. Started in May. I’ve done like 20 different videos. LOVE YOUR STYLE AND SEEING RESULTS. The audio cues and instructions are great, a nice addition would be instructions on when to inhale and exhale, i've alway get those mixed up when I find myself struggling.
