I really enjoyed this workout because I got BOTH Strength and Cardio and didn't have to pick one over the other. Even though I love cardio workouts, I know I have to incorporate strength training as well. I got the best of both worlds on this training. Great job Juice and Toya!
W4d5 baby let’s GOOOOO. What a 4 weeks it’s been. Battling through wisdom tooth removal, mental/physical barriers, and taking thorough care of my body. Today’s capstone was tough, my legs were dying toward the end of the cardio portion, but you already know, I push through those 😤. Your videos have motivated me to get moving, for about 2 months now. Can't wait to try this one. I normally do the modifications with not being in the best shape and a bummed knee, but I'm starting to see results, and can hang a little longer. Thank you for continuing to post new videos! 💪💙
I'm currently dealing with one messed up knee too, so def gotta go easy on the squat parts. But it's all about listening to our bodies and knowing when to go easy or push ourselves harder!
Never knew the 'lack of strength' I had until I tried this workout,lol.Used to shy away from dumbbell workouts but this one'a got me considering to do it more often. Also the cardio-hiit session was lit! Loving the new music during and between the workouts guys!
You guys are killing me and whipping my whole body back in shape. As a retired athlete, I couldn't believe how incredibly intense all your sessions are and I love every sweaty minutes of it. You both have great chemistry and great at what you do

Enjoyed this one but I only did to sets of the strength part so 30 mins in total. My family was sleeping and we live in a apartment and it was early so didn't want to do the cardio jumping part. I did the strength part x2 with 15lbs and 20lbs weight, felt the burn and the sweat! Thank You ; You both ROCK !!!
Week 4, Day 5 [19/05/23]; Workout completed! Finished strong! How wonderful it is to have completed the challenge, I'm already excited for the next one. Gonna do this one with my family for the whole summer, I really enjoyed it. Thank you.
During the challenge I’m trying to get comments in on all the workouts so I can’t remember whether I said something about this (and the recommended finish) yet. Again, the change up in content is great and challenges me in different ways all the time. What I love is that I can feel the difference in strength and tone from these workouts. I’ve been way too much cardio for some time and forget how critical strength training is. Thanks for the reminder!!!

This was amazing! I like this much better than trying to find a strength finisher after a cardio workout. I also appreciated how the cool down was dynamic and not completely static. Love yall! Keep it up!

Week 3 day 3 - went to my weekly Wednesday spin class instead of this workout. Used this workout instead for week 3 day 4! Broke an awesome sweat, added 5 lb dumbbells to some of the exercises like the cardio punches, squats and push press jumping jacks. Heart rate is up and felt great by the end of the workout!
Repeated the workout twice first time used 15lb the second time included 20lb dumbbells. Was able to lift the 20lb doing the arnold press and single arm row+open thanks J & T 🔥💪❤️
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. OBLA Challenge, Week 3 Day 3: this is AMAZING!! i think this became one of my fave workouts so far... and the best thing for me is that i only needed few modifications, 2 in the strength group, 5 for cardio! i had so much fun doing this 😄
SRC 2023: Week 4 Day 5 (catch up): I love the strength and cardio combination of this workout, it is one of my favorites. I was able to complete the strength portion of this workout with 15 lb. weights and to do full on push ups with very little modification. I am definitely feeling stronger.
Loved this work out. It is so great to see exercises I've never done (split lunge with shuffle, double tap lateral slam). Keep them coming! So much love and appreciation for all you do to help people. May God continue to bless and protect you both.
