LOVE, LOVE this workout, the combo of Dumbbells, Cardio-HIIT! Enjoyed so much, I did 4 days this week, sweat on forehead, dripping off chin. I like a challenge. Your videos have help me build strength and endurance. Working out with videos since 9/10/21, started with 20 min dumbbell upper body. I can do pushups, sit-ups, jumping jacks again, stronger core, I'm 67 still trying to keep it going! Fantastic Video, ditto on Daiana Santana comment. I am 62 and this is the first time I've done this workout. I have been doing others for a week now and I just want to let you know that I really enjoyed this. It was just exactly the right pace and strength for me. I used 5 lb. weights. The background noise wasn't as bad as the 30 minute workout I watched previously. Love your videos so much, Juice and Toya! They are the best I've seen online. I'm a long-time strength training woman, and your workouts are terrific. Just a small suggestion: Everything I read says we should be doing planks and NOT sit-ups, so during your sit up sections, I do forward and side planks. Here's just one summary, from Harvard Health Newsletter, that says why we should skip the sit-ups and do planks: One reason is that sit-ups are hard on your back. They push your curved spine against the floor and work your hip flexors, the muscles that run from the thighs to the lumbar vertebrae in the lower back. When the hip flexors are too strong or too tight, they tug on the lower spine, which can create lower back discomfort. In addition, plank exercises recruit a better balance of muscles on the front, sides, and back of the body than sit-ups, which target just a few muscles. Finally, activities of daily living such as bathing, getting out of bed, or walking, as well as sports and recreational activities, call on your muscles to work together, not in isolation. While sit-ups or crunches strengthen just a few muscle groups. Hi Juice and Toya, I always does workout but without dumbell but this yr 2022 I bought dumbell to change my workout style and I am on intermittent fasting as well so i used to watch both of your video @ RUclips. I started using dumbell for my workout on 10 Jan 2022 like 50% normal workout and another 50% dumbell workout and i saw alot of changes in my body like its toning down.. and i love it so on February onwards i decided to stop doin normal workout and fully focused on dumbell full body workout using the video you guys uploaded . So until now im doin dumbell full body workout only. Thank you so much for the videos u guys uploaded as I am following in exact way but not the speed 😅 sometimes i follow the speed as u both does sometimes doesn’t… and my weight reduce a lot after lifting dumbbell like 1 kg per week.. 😅 thanks to both of you😊😇. July 2022 onWards started to goin gym n still use your video for some of my workout. I do have neck hump not sure how to overcome it. I am restarting my weight loss journey AGAIN. I am currently 223 and would like to see a 1 in front of my weight. I am on my third week of intermittent fasting with 18 hours fasting and 6 hours eating, drinking only water unless I am out socially, and now I have finally gathered the strength to do these at home workouts again. I hope an pray if I can get 3-4 thirty to 40 minute workouts a week I will see results. Being 35 with two younger kids at home and working full time in the city does not help with time management or energy to do this. But these workouts make me feel like I can do it. This is your best workout yet. Much better space than the dimly lit gym, and I love the percent bar and the diagram showing which muscles are being used. I also really like the combo of strength and cardio. I can’t jump on one foot because of a torn meniscus, but I was able to modify some of the cardio exercises to make it work and get in a great workout. Thanks!
