I really liked the five second pause in the exercise. He gave me just that little bit of break that I need and made 40 seconds of exercise feels so much more doable. I really love that.
This was my first weight training video with you two, and I love it! The way you count down remaining time, demonstrate the next move and the chemistry between you on camera. Plus, I usually have to do modifications to avoid planks, sit ups and floor push ups due to an injury. I was able to complete the whole workout! And 20 minutes feels like a commitment that I can stick with while I’m building the consistency piece. Thank you so much!!!!
As a professional dancer I design a lot of my own training routine by necessity, but on days when I can't y'alls strength workouts are the only ones I do. Thank you for the consistent excellence!

This one was super challenging. I have some inner ear damage that causes disequilibrium, so anything requiring balance is tough for me. But I loved this workout, it absolutely kicked my butt even if I was a little wobbly! 😅 PS: up to 35 lbs lost and feeling invincible. Thank you guys, I LOVE your workouts.

And even though we saw results in the beginning, our progress started to stagnate. With your videos however we are noticing some slow changes in our bodies again, but especially having the joy and motivation again to work out. Your videos are fun and definitely challenging in a good way. We always feel a bit sore the next day after a workout, but we’re able to keep it going. Done! Thanks for a great workout. Dumbell workouts are a bit tricky for me, since I have a weak grip due to that old Viking disease of mine. I managed to get through it, but realised that the weight managable for my hands might not be enough for building some muscle. I might have to stick to resistance bands training...

Don’t be scared, it’s challenging but so worth it! Just take your time and light weight to start off.
It’s really not the hardest come on. It’s 20 min and it’s not even “advanced.”😂😂
Its intermediate might be impossible for a beginner. When I started doing weights it was awkward 🥹
My body was not used to it. No mind-muscle connection 😂
